I have to completely agree with you on this. Also I think Fitz is almost OVERLY composed. He has no KILLER instinct. He doesn't know how to play QB in my opinion haha. I'd also like to add that with Ryan Fitzshattrick we will NOT make the playoffs. EVER. And with Gailey living and dying with his QB he will be gone too. This team needs to be a running play action team out from center. The colts do a good job and so do the Texans of this offense.

I'd be hard to believe in a guy after he hasn't been with the team for the first 5 games. If he stuck with the team things woukd have neen different though. I completely believe he should have stayed infront of Kelsay.

This team needs ONE leader among the rest of all of the leaders to step up and SHOUT their dissatisfied emotions. I constantly believe the ravens aren't just good because of talent and coaching. Its because one player can hold the rest accountable and fire them up. I don't want to hear everyones crap about Merriman, but he did that better than any current Bill on the team. And its what the team lacks.

I hope it doesn't get to the players heads. We need to stay humble and hungry and that's on Chan's sholders. So far it hasn't looked good. (last year.)

Fast forward a month later and here he is cracking the Top 10. That performance against the Redskins was his most accomplished to date. 10) Russell Wilson, QB, SEA (+0.3) The training wheels are firmly on, but credit him with playing the kind of football that is good enough for the Seahawks to stay competitive against good teams.

I have been suspecting for a little bit that the two have not been on the same wave length. I do believe Nix is NOT the problem for sure and he will do what he has to do if things do not turn around this year. I'm not so sure I agree with you that Fitz's issues are his decision making, even though be made many last Sunday. I believe its a combination of things. The WR's, his accuracy, his decisions, coaching and a lot of the time the line.
