  1. No you're not the only one. I still have faith the guy needs rhythm like a RB to succeed. You don't get that in the pre-season. But it is frustrating knowing he didn't show better in those games.
  2. And Keith Rivers is an honorable mention... probably meaning if Bradham and Spikes weren't on there, hes the next man they'd have on their all defense team AND we have the top 3 rated LB's in the league this pre-season. Amazing. Simply amazing... hope our Secondary gets it together. What do we do with Alonso and Bradham next season for the weak side?
  3. TJ Graham vs Easley: I personally want TJ Graham over Easley. I honestly think Graham's upside as a receiver and potential as a KR man, is worth a roster spot over how good Easley is right now at special teams. Marcus doesn't do anything besides special teams. I would be fine with Hogan taking over Easley's spot even though he may not be AS good. Hairston vs Legursky: ANYBODY is better at guard than Legursky dang it! Hairston also gives depth to tackle, while Urbik gives depth to Center. I usually go for the younger, athletic players with more potential, to stick on the team over old, bad players. Powell vs Sylvester: Powell honestly seemed to show more in pre-season games to me. I'm not sure I understand what Joe's seeing here on this one either. Last and final thoughts: Cut Sanborn. I would love to find a replacement long snapper for Sanborn. Sure it's important to have a guy who doesn't mess up as a long snapper. But are you going to tell me our OL guru Doug Marrone can't figure out a way to create another roster spot by teaching someone else to long snap? Blows my mind. Cut Lewis: Save those roster spots for a position or player that will see the field (Sp. Teams?) and give us a chance to improve our team. I'm never a fan of keeping 3 QB's on the roster if a team is set on their starter and has a good back up. Keep Tony Moeaki: I'd like to keep him some how. I would LOVE for him to stay healthy and recapture his rookie and sophomore seasons in KC. Practice squad roster has went from 8 to 10. I hope we keep Dombrowski, Ladler, Wingo, Sam Miller, Jacquies Smith, Ike Igbinosun, Wheeler and who ever else the coaching staff would like to pick up off of cuts maybe.
  4. lol WHAT?! No, he hasn't been. And if he has been talked about playing DE in Jim Schwartz's 4-3, it isn't by anybody who knows anything, like our COACHING STAFF!
  5. Yeah Dragonborn that doesn't make any sense scheme wise with this player. Next question.
  6. Well seems as if Zona would be the best option right now if we were to trade him. I don't really know how else to comment on this... More of an observation than a conversation starter.
  7. I think it's pretty simple right now. Gilmore, McKelvin, Graham/Robey, Brooks and Cockrell. I can't see any of them being cut.
  8. You mean the guy who ran a 4.47 at the combine and a 4.44 at his pro-day doesn't have enough speed to be a starting CB in this league? Poor poor Richard Sherman who ran a 4.54 at combine and a 4.53 at pro-day is probably in some trouble if he wants to be a starting CB then, based on this logic... Are you just pulling this crap out of your butt? I don't get why ya commented. I also don't understand why some are thinking Brooks should be a safety when he is perfectly fine at CB...
  9. I gussed I'd see some of this garbage on TBD after EJ's 1st pre-season game in his second year... Holy mother of god. Just stop it already.
  10. SERIOUSLY!? CHANGE THE THREAD TITLE. There isn't even proof here Robert Woods is doing anything he needs to be careful ABOUT! Also look at the ankles of the guy on the black bike. He's white.
  11. Don't listen to PTR, bbb. The people who want to see the stadium downtown are strictly worried about monetary means. It would NOT be a waste to put the stadium in other locations besides downtown. First economic development is a farse in of itself in a unsustainable capitalistic system. Putting the stadium downtown will only bring more "jobs" to "modernize" the city which doesn't make sense to keep building and building in an outdated system that consumes the planets finite resources. Yeah I went there. If those steel plants are just going to sit there and do nothing... and if we HAVE to build a ridiculous new stadium (which I don't agree with either), then DEFINITELY the old steel plant is the place it should go. Not to mention it IS a fantastic spot not far away from downtown Buffalo. It would also be a great way to meld past and present together by taking away one of the scars of the city (beth steel) and putting something new in place. In my opinion it would be a perfect way to honor the city of Buffalo. My top 4 choices are 1) Beth steel 2) WS Mall 3) Keep it where it is. 4) Not downtown. Id rather have it in NFNY than DT
  12. Morgan would be the best pick out of all of them.
  13. I second that to everyone who is worried tailgating will not be the same. I truly believe we have an atmosphere second to none and it's 50% of the experience. I will not enjoy going to games as much if they are let's say DOWNTOWN.
  14. I can not lie. I'd be pretty upset if this coaching staff was fired. The only way I believe they should be fired is if they go below 5-11. And I can't see that happening even if Thad Lewis were to start every game.
  15. I won't flame on ya. I agree. I think Merriman still had a lot in the tank. I think there are a lot of talents that can thrive in Pettines D. Hell Maybin did. So I suppose it's not really saying much.
  16. This is a joke right? It better be as a coach.
  17. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2011/football/nfl/03/01/scouting.combine.dbs/index.html Brandon Burton/CB/Utah: The little known junior from Utah showed why scouts must quickly get acquainted with him. Burton ran solid times in the 40, posting marks of 4.40 and 4.42 seconds in his attempts. During position drills he was incredibly smooth and showed the ability to quickly drive forwards to the football out of his backpedal. He'll move toward the draft as a top-100 choice. 18. Who are the ones that look funny, the ones who believe it's a strip club or the ones who really think it's a ballet?
  19. Dareus, Alonso, Kyle Williams, Duke Williams, Stevie Johnson, Robert Woods, Lawson, Hughes on a few plays, Spiller, Eric Wood, Pears, Cordy Glenn, Powell, Hopkins, These players all had their moments.
  20. Alex Tanney plays for the Cowboys right now.
  21. Awesome article. It's sad he isn't getting the attention we all know he deserves. He's had two pro-bowls and he still doesn't get the respect. It's good being the underdog sometimes though. Not sure why I haven't bought his jersey yet.
  22. Thought this was going to be more crap on Tom Brady's diarrhea from the mouth.
  23. I don't find the gif funny what so ever. It would be a lot better if Goodwin threw the ball at the guys feet, and maybe see the marine flip out like a baby lol. Nothing funny about a dudes ego so high he has to get in the face of an entertainer/athlete to show him up. Really dumb of that marine. Upper case lol. Does it matter.
  24. Stop taking life THAT serious. You will give your self gray hair
