  1. I could not agree more, well said.
  2. Last I've heard it's a QB driven league. Dalton last I checked took a team to the playoffs, yes with Green's BIG help along with a decent defense which nobody talks about. I am not bashing Aaron, but I do think Dalton is a good pick which obviously differs from other opinions. Maybe I should have titled it "Would you have picked Dalton over Williams"? Why do everybody here bash and show so much negativity and so much seriousness? Relax, sorry for posting, geez.
  3. Whatever. Not like we can talk Bills playoff football, pal.
  4. I know this is easy to say in hindsight but, The Bills drafted Williams 2nd Round, 34th pick. Guess who went next? Dalton to the Bengals as 35th pick. While Aaron may yet turn into a solid player, who would have guessed Dalton developing into a solid QB this quick? Kudos to the Bengals for doing their homework, and yet an another one slips by the Bills. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_NFL_Draft
  5. NONE, can't vote because of it. Weak Division, much better defence and better coaching sums up why Tebow is more successful. Not a fair question.
  6. So true. Brandon and Levy were clueless drafting.
  7. How about Case Keenum? The guy just tore apart a decent Penn St defence for 500+ yards today. Google search projects him in the 6th round.
  8. Tony Dorsett, Barry Sanders, Emmitt Smith & Thurman Thomas weren't huge in stature either. Not saying Spiller has the same talent but he's got potential many of us didn't think he had.
  9. They won't go far with that defence.
  10. Imagine how good Fitz would play with this Packers team? Not saying Flynn is overrated but a decent supporting cast will make somebody look that much better. Instead of Flynn, we should focus on Ted Thompson, the architect of the Packers. I mentioned this a few years ago here and got turned down saying he wasn't very good, look at him now.
  11. Lets give Flutie some credit. Until the defensive minds figured him out, he was quite exciting. Remember the Jacksonville game at home? Rob Johnson had a golden arm but no football smarts. An intengible that couldn't be taught.
  12. Better than anything we've had in a long while. I don't remember Bills making the playoffs in a long while. Fisher is an excellent coach thank you and I would take him in a heartbeat.
  13. This is a viable alternative to Sunday ticket. I can stream it live from my computer to the TV during blackouts affecting Toronto area.
  14. Spiller is a major surprise, I will admit thinking he was a bust like many. Now it will be interesting to see what Nix & Gailey will do. If they can co-exist, they will be an amazing 1-2 punch. The other school of thought is to trade one to get more draft picks, or players, especially for defense. I would assume Fred Jackson would be exposed because of age and his peak trade value. I do love his play and immense heart! Finally some luxury problems for the Bills, I hope they handle this properly for maximum value and output.
  15. But nothing like a game on the big screen in HD!
  16. FYI, I live in the Toronto market. I have Bell satellite who follows the blackout rules. Rogers cable in Toronto appearantly allowed the telecast through a western feed. All I am saying is I should be allowed to watch all games after paying $200+ living in a different country. Not all of us can commit to border crossing delays along with a 2 hour drive each way every home game. I would even pay more for the freedom of any games. The blackout rules need changes IMO. Lastly, Bills performance in the last few months definitely has not been worth the drive.
  17. I have Sunday ticket but has been blacked out the last 3 home games. They won't get me money again, just not worth it.
  18. Too bad we've been blacked out last 3 home games. It would have been nice to see Spiller's progress. So which running back is trade bait now?
  19. It's got to be better than anything we've seen in a long while. How about a little support for people thinking out of the box? Nothing else is working in this organization if you haven't noticed. Rob and Rex can barely stand up straight without falling over ... let alone have any swagger. Did I miss something? Have either of these jokers won anything yet? Did Buddy win as a HC? Nah > pass! Well Said.
  20. I am with you too. This team needs some swagger like they use to in the 90's.
  21. Why draft him in 2nd if he is going to be that bad?
  22. What Broncos games are you watching? Denver defense is awesome and keeps the other team in check. Then Tebow does his thing in the last few minutes on prevent defenses.
  23. There woulde be no excitement with Tebow in Buffalo. We would need a Denver caliber defence to keep the team in the game first.
  24. They have announced today that Jeff Fisher will listen to offers from any team. I think we should do everything we can to sign him! Then we can get him to admit the Music City Miracle play was a forward pass!! Then can his sorry _ss Seriously, he would be an upgrade from Nix/Gailey, but only with no restrictions from Ralph. Not going to happen.
  25. Totally agree. But it would generate ticket sales for a few years, and Ralph would be in for that.
