  1. Other than weather, household value and appreciation, walkability, economy, culture and diversity, per capita income, education, medicine, job market, opportunity for families, airports, nationally relevant market for all industries, access to major metropolitan area… it’s pretty much the same. I think your River is a little wider. 😆
  2. well I read a lot of news articles and see we send s lot of money out including to placed that don’t act in our best interests. Is that a good place to start? your good with the money flowing out? Good to know.
  3. I can like the bills and seeing sunlight between October and may. Buffalo is quaint community with an inferiority complex… as rightly assumed as it may be. couldn’t wait to leave and thrived ever since, as have many I know. but there is some good there. It’s got a solid genuine Midwestern character.
  4. I’ve got 2 within 11 minutes… it’s our go to for most things especially once the farmers markets wind down in the fall. Once the kids are up and out, we’ll probably get cheap and go to the regular chain for just us. I grew up there but I left because it’s a ***** place to live. 😂
  5. Now we’re talking. Do they even have one of those in Buffalo yet?
  6. The drugs or booze are probably better for their health
  7. Well I’d argue all these checks we write should lead to direct control in all cases… but that seems to be a serious material omission in foreign policy these days ..
  8. “Aid” 😂. When the homeless crackhead begs for money for a meal, you know they aren’t spending it on food right?
  9. Timing with Saudi thaw can’t be coincident. What the Russian angle? I know Middle East stability is the enemy of any oil producer, us too.
  10. It’s partially tongue in check simply because of the same pattern.
  11. This was a well coordinated Deliberately planned orchestrated attack. This was not some random escalation. It was a purposeful move. there was purpose whether clear to us or not. Maybe not for Hamas, but certainly from whom is funding and directing them, likely leadership in Iran.
  12. you’re suggesting this recent massive escalation just flared up on its own?
  13. don’t be naive - We’re always involved…
  14. 🤔 https://fortune.com/2023/10/09/israel-palestine-saudi-arabia-deal-united-states-biden-gaza-attacks/
  15. It’s fairly well circulated that it’s Wilde understood that Iran is absolutely in support of Hamas. one of the theories about the impetus of this escalation is that the Israelis and Saudis were headed down a path of forming good relations so Iran intervened using Hamas as a tool of disruption.
  16. so you think Putin paid trump off to lose to Biden so the us would meekly lead Ukraine into war with empty rhetoric and projecting weakness… wild thought
  17. Except as Cole Beasleys stunt double …. For that he was one in a million
  18. Biden has sent more money to Hamas than trump ever sent to Putin … btw- did you see that Israeli intelligence has found us weaponry amongst Hamas terrorists? Sounds like they think the stuff we hastily abandoned in Afghanistan found its way to hamas. Wouldn’t that be fitting icing ontge cake for this incompetent administration
  19. You know it’s bad when Newsweek exposes foreign policy gaffes by the current Whitehouse connected with these terrorists. as usual… the stupid rush to undo every the last guy did as of here were zero god decision made rears its ugly unserious head. https://www.newsweek.com/joe-biden-aid-palestine-hamas-attack-israel-trump-1833168?amp=1
  20. Tlaibs comments on this far is a thinly veiled shrug and that’s what you get… she hates Jews and Israel. You guys love her though.
  21. You should see the YouTube multi view with quad box red zone in one of the four multi views… 🤯
  22. sounds like you’ve got a tv problem https://a.co/d/3mniAO3 Problem solved!
