Trump 2024?

sorry was I too figurative for you there? Live somewhere outside of this continent and see that life isn’t so different elsewhere. Opportunity, freedom, lifestyle... there plenty of places just as good some even better. -
Trump 2024?

They clearly not only are still here but run the joint and are trying to consolidate power and lock it up in perpetuity. But you’ve got a point, if this is all we have to chose from, why not shop around. I’ve lived abroad. The myth of this country’s superiority is quickly evident when you step off of the plane. -
If it dies can it take the other one with it? Both parties are fooling you about this, and what they are both trying to do and why is clear as day; WAKE UP Vote harvesting is a Democratic strategy and requiring ID, prohibiting offering money, food and even beverages obstructs that process very badly. Republicans know the apathetic elements and fringes of society, the homeless, the unemployed, the ID less, etc vote for the democrats. Jim Crow and racism is just a bunch of bs rhetoric just like crying fraud and dead people voted twice is. The truth in what their doing is just too embarrassing and unethical to reveal.
-
lol racism.. fraud.. just keep buying the lies. reality- democrats need to legalize vote harvesting because the harvested are critical to their power base, republicans need to suppress vote harvesting because that’s not their base. That’s all any of these laws are about. and who cares why? Aren’t eliminating tax breaks for big evil corporations specifically on fossil fuel consumption front and center to your puppet masters’ agenda?

Trump 2024?

Trump.... Pence... ugh the Republican Party as the lone chance of resisting the democrats from robbing us all blind are an unmitigated craptacular disaster both ideologically, intellectually and institutionally. it might just be time to move. -
I presume the emotion is meant to sway the jury. Objectivity is not common, AND the jury selection process incorporates the intent of the attorneys.

You make it sound like you can’t sue gun manufacturers. You can. -

Wrong “, both manufacturers and dealers can still be held liable for damages resulting from defective products, breach of contract, criminal misconduct, and other actions for which they are directly responsible in much the same manner that any U.S.-based manufacturer of consumer productsis held responsible. They may also be held liable for negligent entrustment when they have reason to know a gun is intended for use in a crime.” Like every other product in the universe. -

You can absolutely sue manufacturers too. Read and understand the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. But where is the precedence in which someone can sue a manufacturer for a crime someone commits with a product they manufactured? I can’t think of a one. -
That’s not new information, conclusion was still a homicide. Seems like the place they may arrive is that Floyd’s health situation was so poor, and if it’s true hold/restraint wouldn’t have killed a healthy person not on tons of drugs, it was involuntary manslaughter. For all the misinformed out there, the autopsy concluded the trachea wasn’t compromised and no asphyxiation. “Couldn’t breath” was the result of cardiopulmonary issues, not asphyxiation. So the scumbag cop (imo) exacerbated cardiopulmonary issues leading to death. if I were prosecuting, I’d then pivot to the fact medical attention was not called in the moment he became unresponsive. That might be how to argue it back to being voluntary...

That makes a lot of sense. Also, almost 4000 people drown every year. Time to organize a class action suit against department of water I guess? And lightning and steak knives, we are coming for you next! -
