that’s why he got the job! He had a plan. He didn’t anticipate reluctance?? That wasn’t part of the plan?? What’s it going to take for the loyalists to see the double standard. look, the standard is to blame the office for the pandemic, don’t change the standard because you like the party in control now? is the president responsible for pandemic cases and deaths or not???

Umm yeah the vaccine that was just there when the doddering old fool stumbled into office. Meanwhile we are all back on the verge of lockdown because with like a billion vaccines he couldn’t get the population inoculated. in my competently managed county, 90 + % are vaxxed. Biden has failed and killed 100k people with a vaccine in hand. He’s trending to do worse than the last nincompoop. Brutal incompetence

Good point, they’d vote Democrat now. -

Don’t worry you will get De Blasio the multimillionaire life long politician and ‘socialist’. You deserve him. Trump jr is no threat. -
7 day average of new US cases is now twice a bad as this time last year… after 6 months with a vaccine and all the natural immunity from survivors. Biden’s pandemic plan is looking to be to inherit a vaccine, botch the roll out and then start blaming governors. Beautiful. Who knew a vote for Biden was a vote for even more incompetence than we’d already seen.

May be true. This youngkin guy seems nothing like the orange guy based on his bio and his messaging, but they want to sell they are the same guy. Yeah those two counties are huge and a lot of federal government employees live there as well. -

You’re not wrong. I’m seeing ads for the Virginia gubernatorial race and the Dem there Terry McAuliffe is basically running ads saying his republican opponent is the same guy as trump, shows a side by side split screen of trump and Youngkin wearing a red cap that’s blurred out because it’s not a maga hat. Doesn’t even talk about his own credentials. They are convinced it’s all they need to do to win. -
I’m with you, the political manipulation of the narrative is so thick it’s hard to know reality. Also interesting 3 of 4 were DC MPD not capital police. Pelosi is going to use every one she can as a political device. and if dealing with a mob is that traumatizing, there must be fallout from last summers riots that impacted tens of thousands of police.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ron_DeSantis Those Latin words suggest maybe not so low IQ. It is incredible how mainstream media has pivoted from pinning covid on the president to now pinning it on certain governors. CNN didn’t even bother quoting the parts of his speech questioning Biden promise to stop the virus or how hundreds of thousands of virus vessels are streaming over the border unvaccinated and getting moved all over the country. It’s so shameful they refuse to report both sides of any issue. It’s also conveniently the first hit on a Google search. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn.com/cnn/2021/08/05/politics/ron-desantis-joe-biden-donald-trump-covid-politics/index.html The corruption and propaganda machines are so all encompassing at this point I’m not sure there is any path to recovery. -
It's Time to Mandate Vaccines

Nonsense- the economy was already stabilized and recovering at that point and the covid relief bill had tons of spending programs a lot harder than vax for cash to manage if you go back and read the bill. -

Since this administration loves giving out free money so much, I’m wondering why they aren’t offering a vaccine bonus stimulus. I guess that does not fit the agenda -

The deadly insurrection was so deeply troubling a MPD officer who was deployed to guard an empty capital and enforce kerfew took his life 6 mo later. Shameful how these politicians spin personal tragedies into more political collateral. https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/15771981/meet-capitol-officer-kyle-defreytag-capitol-riot/

Good that you found a way to put you mind at ease. Your rationalization is for you. Not everyone would view man hours as a valid substitute for effects over time. My former boss had a great analogy that nine women can’t deliver a baby in a month. All us vaxed could all develop some sort of fatal blood cancer in 5 years. It isn’t like it’s never happened, and these vaccine technologies have been under development for decades with this being the first success. https://www.nelsonmacneil.com/blog/famous-prescription-drugs-turned-out-be-dangerous/ -

What country do you live in where surgeons wear cloth masks?? That’s not sterile or effective for much of anything. -

How many people have previously taken emergency vaccines with no long term history, or mRNA or viral vector vaccines? This was certainly my first. I can understand reluctance. I appreciate it as a risk decision for sure.
