It's Time to Mandate Vaccines
Over 29 years of fanhood replied to The Frankish Reich's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
As a random thought to all the anti vaxers who think resistance is to be resistant to the conspiracy…. Do you think they want those who don’t listen to them to be the survivors? -

Yeah I wonder what fraction of a percentage point of survival likelihood the booster my employer is about to mandate will buy me over an unvaccinated immunocompromised 68 year old in Botswana… utter nonsense -

Fair for the west to be accused of vaccine hoarding. Here we are giving healthy 30 year olds booster shots. Even the WHO felt that was the worst use of vaccines. -
Another non narrative fitting murder you won’t hear any outrage about: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.sfchronicle.com/eastbay/amp/Security-guard-shot-with-KRON-TV-news-crew-in-16655373.php

What’s your point? Is the President responsible for these deaths or not?? I spent a year hearing he was. So is he now? When Biden took over there were also two vaccines already going into arms and a third in the pipeline. So all I’m asking is however you double standard bearers want to demsplain this, why isn’t this current administration living up to its promise to end the pandemic it blamed on the last administration? And where is the death clocks attributing all of the covid collateral damage to the new failed administration, who by the way just issued a travel ban to numerous African nations, with no ‘xenophobic’ concerns? I don’t give a damn if all that was the case with the last guy, but all the same things are happening and you people aren’t saying a word.

Domestic terrorist attack in Waukesha

Salient point about the moral hazard. The other problem I’ve come to see is if you ignore the extremists for a minute, many in the middle don’t pay enough attention to know what’s happening. My wife, a moderate with socially liberal lean, votes both sides, is a very passive news observer. I never talk news or politics with her but we mostly agree on big topics. Her passive news headline alert skimming had her believing the Wisconsin kid was a white supremacist who gunned down blacks protesting and got off on a technicality. I believe that level of news consumption is the norm. So what they want, is working -

I’m sure AOC’s only objection to that whole thing was a the fossil fueled SUV. She’s delusional -

never understood how anyone could view ruthless indiscriminate killing and maiming as anything but hate. -

If you don’t want to expect better from the second highest paid player in the NFL that’s on you. 18 TDs and 3 turnovers 4 sacks in the wins 6 TDs and 7 turnovers 11 sacks in the losses pretty clear who needs to step up. -

Come Tibs, You don’t want a conviction, you want the acquittal that fits your mind master’s narrative, even at the expense of the individual who was subjected to a hate crime. You continue to be the problem, not the solution. -

The grousing you are seeing is that they already know how much extra work it will be to try and fit that outcome into the narrative. -
Who is the Bills Joc Pederson?

I think he’s lost his fire. I don’t think he’s even roughed a passer once so far this season -

Yeah- they’ve build a really expensive ‘good’ team that can really lay it on bad QBs and some marginal defenses. -

Yeah I watched him force a deep in to double covered Davis instead of hitting wide open sanders or allowing Diggs to come free across the middle opting for an INT. I watched him throw off target to knox, Beasley, Gabe, Moss on easy gimme passes. I watched another in accurate forced pass into double coverage for another INT. I watched 5 drives with zero points, two ints that led to 14 opposing points. I’ve been told for 20 years the QB was the thing we need. Now with the second most expensive one, not a rookie anymore the Kid gloves are off. Time for the man to start delivering. Expecting him to win games isn’t asking home to be an overachiever. He’s yet to beat a good defense or win a tight game for the team this season. He failed in the big moment vs Tennessee, couldn’t score a single TD vs Jacksonville, and was was a more turnover Prones Tyrod Taylor level player vs the colts. It’s a very disappointing pattern and inarguable. It better turn around or you can expect the Jared Goff Comparisons coming soon. That one season of not being a contender must have been tough for Pats nation eh?
