That doesn’t wash. If it was just about faking votes both parties would do it. This has way more to do with the pulling a bus up to a homeless shelter and offering free lunch for votes, and those votes go to the party of entitlements. Republicans don’t want people that are too lazy or irresponsible to get IDs voting, they know those are the democrat’s entitlement base.

I read most of the bill and all of the cbo report. I ‘Thinks’ you want to believe what you want- that’s on you. The folks trying to steal more of our money using veterans health as a Trojan horse are just and bad as the ones resisting it. Go look at how much Bureaucratic baggage this burn pit issue has carried along with it for the past couple years and all the surrounding partisan shenanigans. Now all of the sudden it’s urgent?? 😂 if you think more than 10% of this money will go to vets health you refuse to understand how this dc clown show works.

Anyone paying attention knows the answer…. generally only the lowest functioning most apathetic members of society don’t have IDs. Democrats have a better ground game to harvest these votes and republicans know it. I saw a study somewhere that if only taxpayers voted, Mitt Romney would have beaten Obama 4 to 1, and we know Obama win in a blowout. It’s a terrible flaw in the American system that sloths that contribute nothing to society and mooch off of others have the same voice as those working their tails off contributing a quarter of their earnings or more.
