stevestojan you can just think what you want. I know that Steve bleeds red, white and blue but being the professional that he is he once told me this. When I lodged a complaint to him about the broadcasters being antiBills(this was when Steve was playing and had a weekly Bills show) he told me that the fans are TOO SENSITIVE to negativity aimed toward their teams. I will listen to the game WED night. I do not think Steve is the greastest broadcaster but I don't think he is that BAD either.

He's on his way back home. I'm sure he will be happy to see that you missed him.

The hightlight of the day was after the win seeing Kent Hull by Jim Kellys party. As soon as I saw him I said I was going to have a happy attack. God I love that man. I asked if he was going to be around and he said that he was leaving in 2 hours. So I went to my car and got this great pix that I had taken of him. We talked about his Bull farm and he said that if it weren't for the cost of feed for the cows in the winter because there is NO GRASS in the winter he would be in the Buffalo area. HE feels like Buffalo is HOME. He stayed at Jim's Lodge in Ellicotville and Kent had a difficult time geting to the stadium because of the snow. Forgot how to drive in it. Before the game I spoke with Marlon Kerner he was a sweetie too. I truly enjoy when the older Bills come to the games. The memories of the great Winning times flow back. The wind at the stadium was gusting so hard that it was difficult to open doors. I thought Alex's wife was going to be blown over. Her knees actually buckled because of it. The win wasn't pretty but it was a win. As much as you might hate to say it former Bill Sammy Morris had a good game. I love when the former Bills play well as long as we win the game.

These are MY SEATS and as you have heard they are great seats. Lower bowl 16 rows from the field and next to many players family members. also remember that some people are NOT good with a computer yet have taken and passed great courses. Maybe a hands on project set up as a test.

in our interviewing process they meet with a group of people in the department and we actually get to ask them ?'s like. If you were the driver and this school wants this, this department wants this, this location is asking this. And you get to check out their logic and organizational skills. We have some very intelligent people who work here with no common sense.

Look at the experience and how long they stayed a prior jobs. You can't ask if married etc(I believe that has to be brought up by the applicant)

The NFL does not allow fines to be imposed for errors but the players can set up their own fines or bonus systems. I think they need to do something else because they play like there is no incentive for playing well. I know they get paid well every payday but back in the Kelly years the O-line had their own fine pot and reward pots as did the DB's and receivers.

maybe it is a message that if you don't do your job you can be cut. If you hold or are offside 3 times you are outta here. Run the wrong play or do not block, hit the road
