At the Hotel I saw many and talked with a few of the press people too. Chris Brown and Paul Peck talked for quite a few mins. I needed to get Coy to autrograph a jersey for a girl for X-mas and one of the players(who is my newest little angel) actually called Coy on his cell phone to come down to the lobby for me. He couldn't believe It was me. Then the 3 players went to the bar to listen to jazz. I spent time in bar with Alex VP talking about how he wants to coach for PITT. I told him that I would miss him terribly so we exchanged addresses and E-mails. Lawyer and TKO would be the biggest stars that were around for a few mins. Shaud Williams was in the lobby most of the night.

The seats were comfortable, the concourse was very open and COLD, the bathrooms were heated but NOT WARM, the food is more expensive(look out a slice of pizza is $5.75) the jumbotrons are not that clear(the Ravens have the best I've seen) Parking a 20 min walk, fans stand in the first 17 rows making everyone stand.RUDE,RUDE, RUDE. Thanks I needed to remember this especially now. I've been so bad I'm feeling guilty. Many years ago Larry asked me to go to a jewelry store with his best friend. Jim was going to ask his woman to be is second bride after being a widower for 8 years. While looking in the display case I saw this ring and mentioned it to Jim. I know this isn't what we are looking for but isn't that heart shaped red ruby that has a setting like a flower pretty. That was in June and that Christmas the last box I opened was a pair of slippers with a ring box in the toe of the right slipper. I wondered why he wanted me to try them on. There was the ring and it was sized to fit. I have worn it everyday since his death 5 years ago Dec 10th.

Christmas cookie recipe worth sharing.... 1 cup of water 1 tsp. baking soda 1 cup of sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 cup of brown sugar lemon juice 4 large eggs 1 cup nuts 2 cups of dried fruit 1 bottle Jose Cuervo Tequila Sample the Cuervo to check quality. Take a large bowl, check the Cuervo again, to be sure it is of the highest quality, pour one level cup and drink. Turn on the electric mixer...Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add one teaspoon of sugar...Beat again. At this point it's best to make sure the Cuervo is still OK, try another cup .. just in case. Turn off the mixerer thingy. Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit, Pick the frigging fruit off floor... Mix on the turner. If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers just pry it loose with a drewscriver. Sample the Cuervo to check for tonsisticity. Next, sift two cups of salt, or something. Who giveshz a sheet. Check the Jose Cuervo. Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts. Add one table. Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever you can find. Greash the oven. Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over. Don't forget to beat off the turner. Finally, throw the bowl through the window, finish the Cose Juervo and make sure to put the stove in the dishwasher. CHERRY MISTMAS!!!

I had on my Bills Santa hat and Jim said "Don't you think Dave would make a good Santa?" Then I made remarks about his lap, his jolly smile his cheeks(both pr) which got the laughs Jim was looking for. Any fan has the same access I have. They are in public lots. You just have to be semi sober, polite and know where to go.

I actually teared up when they introduced Special teams as a unit and the guys ran out of the helmet on the field. I knew it was going to be a great day at the Ralph. After the game I got to see Jim Kelly and wish him a happy holiday and all he wanted me to do was harass a friend of his.( so I did) poor Dave I can be pretty brutal. Jim gave me a wink and a thumbs up and Dave was just as red as a beet. I think Jim will always be that party/college guy having fun and busting balls his whole life.

Murph - Alex and Tasker Many have accused them of being too anti Bills which is a joke becuase these guys totally love the Bills. Murh got so excited on one play he lost his voice and Alex thought he might have to take over the play by play. On the challenge it was Alex and Tasker banging on the coaches window to throw the flag after the commercial break. The Bills won the challenge.
