  1. What? A dyngus day thread with no hokey pokey? Do I have to go back there and learn you people?
  2. This "but he's a 4-3 player! he doesn't fit a 3-4!" stuff cracks me up. Like players are chosen at birth to be one or the other, and if you put him in a different scheme he will become a drooling stumbling retard.
  3. Gravity isn't just a good idea...it's the LAW.
  4. First class detective work.
  5. No. Still around. Real x factor. Best episode ever IMO.
  6. It looked like a simple leap. OK land wrong and twist a ankle maybe but bust a leg?
  7. Odd a athlete would have such brittle bones.
  8. Maybe a nuclear winter is now a good thing? Who knows what the cause of the day is with those people.
  9. He's not doing the job he's paid to do. Think he cashed the checks despite his emotional distress however.
  10. Do not ever mention record snow fall to those people. Its because warmer ocean=more moisture=more snow. But why did Anchorage set a all time record low for average temps[temps, not snow] in the month of January in 2012? All time, back to 1915.
  11. Monkey pleads his case. Powerful stuff.
  12. Wow thanks for all the great posts. This thread should be put in a collection. No Elvis?
  13. Agree 100%. Being fat and slow is no way to mourn a loved one. I dislike Favre, but I watched that MNF game and my thought was he wanted to do dad proud.
  14. I repeat it's the navy.http://www.navy.mil/navydata/cno/n87/usw/issue_25/sosus.htm
  15. Should be interesting to see what characters get it. Not many left as is.http://tv.yahoo.com/news/andrew-lincoln-s--walking-dead--finale-plea---let-me-live-long----202743853.html
  16. I knew he would approve of this. See my boiler thread.
  17. This should go in the gay football player thread.
  18. It's the only way to prevent zombies.
  19. It think this is your answer.
  20. After living in Buffalo 22 years cold and treacherous winters are not something I had to get used to. In some ways the winters here are easier then NY. More sun, less freezing rain
  21. I had zero input from ether parent on hunting or fishing. They had no interest. I got my first outdoor life subscription at age 11 and that's how I learned. BTW if your nephew ever gets into bow hunting, PM me and I will tell you where my old 18 mile tree stand is. I spent years getting it in just the right spot, and it's almost a sure thing.
  22. I have walked/fished every inch of the Hamburg 18 mile from the mouth to water valley. Shot a few deer there to. I just loved the place and I'm the same. way. As soon as I get back I am fishing or just roaming the woods at 18 mile.
  23. I would fish there at the mouth every March when they ran up. Great times, but God it's cold there at 6.00 am. Snag kings upriver in the fall when they ran too, but I don't think that's legal anymore. The kings are pretty much dead when they go in the river, but I think to many trout where getting ripped. I had the place almost to myself in the 70's, but last time I was back in 2009 there where a awful lot of cars parked by the blue bridge.
  24. The mouth of which 18 mile? Fish x is steelhead[rainbow] or kings. I fished both for many years.
