One of our posters is moving back to Buffalo and seems interested in buying a condo on the lake. Apparently he's to shy to start a thread on it [he's asking on a QB thread] so I thought I'd ask for him. Are water front "view" condos available in Buffalo? What kind of $$$$ are we talking?

We had a thread a few years ago on this subject. Whoever was our progressive at the time claimed no one ever became wealthy on their own, they all inherited it or had some sort of outside help. I pointed out Edison was born to parents of modest means and had all of 3 months of formal education. Progressive-"He never could have developed those inventions with out help." Me-"Wrong. He convinced investors to invest their money in his ideas so they could profit." Progressive-"See!! He had help!!" So in that mindset, conceiving brilliant ideas and selling them to hard nose bankers is "help."

I wonder what I would have thought if I'd known in 1974 when I went to my first stones concert in Rich stadium that people would be excited about the same band playing in the same stadium in 2015.

I read on this very forum reducing ball PSI from 13 to 11.5 completely stops fumbles. Any way I don't think he's all that fast. In his high light films he always gets caught from behind even when he has a lead.
