    DMV's like to remind you driving is a "privilege" not a "right" So if we apply that philosophy to forcing me to get heath insurance, what are we implying here? That being alive is a government granted privilege? I can always choose not to drive.

    City folk If a wild animal dies in the woods is it embalmed and sealed for burial? No it rots where it dies. Lots of bacteria involved, botulism strain just one of them. Your can of brains is not going to going to harm the environment.
