    Hey, it's my building, if I decide it's a good idea to put surveillance cameras in the shower, who can argue? It's for their security, didn't ya ever see Psycho? Really, about #8 person I talked to was a smoking hot babe, single,no kids,loves her dog but can't relocate till the end of March. Somebody's going to get a 24 hour eviction notice at the end of March

    I had the place rented in half a day, and it would have been quicker but I felt I should give the latter appointments a shot. Advertising cost,$0 not even a for rent sign. And a bonus is I was able to delete the add immediately, saving me a week of endless phone ringing.

    I put a ad in for a Apt for rent on Craigslist and got 8 calls in the first hour. Paper wants $49 for a 7 day, 2 line ad. Why would I use them?

    Very hard call. Every day jury's get hung on the insanity defense. But as far as my published [and peer reviewed] paper on "how do you define a fruitcake" LaDairis gets the call. I think the guy is dangerous. B stein will never leave his mothers basement.

    No he knows his s*** believe me . The guy started working as a mechanic at a Chrysler dealership in the 426 max wedge days, and has been in the business ever since. I just don't carry his enthusiasm.

    This Friend of mine is obsessed with NASCAR. I get almost daily reports on how Jimmy Johnson beat everyone with old tires, how much money he makes, etc. All I ever do is try to change the subject and he will not stop. This has been going on for 15 years and he still has not got the idea that I JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT NASCAR.

    I dunno. I was 11 when we moved to Albany. I do remember my Buddy's Dad owned the dew drop inn in Saranac lake in the middle of town right on the river; cool place, probably still in family hands since as I recall there where 5 brothers.

    I lived in Saranac Lake[10 miles from Placid] 1963-67 and they were still talking about the 1932 games like they were yesterday. My good Friend in the 6th grade used to train on the old 70 meter ski jump[11 years old!] and his brother competed in bobsled in the 1980 games, and went on to become a winter sports announcer for ABC sports.
