I believe it has been well known for decades that when you are a Erie county Sheriff you spend the last two years of your career at the jail, feet up on the desk 80 hours a week collecting mass overtime and boost your retirement to plus 100K a year life time [at age 55!] And from what I have read they aren't even good at it. Why do they not hire regular jail guards at $30,000 a year to start?
