    That makes no sense. A miltary entity IS the goverment. Why would they need a bill of rights?

    It is absurd to believe the bill of rights was written to protect a government military entity. The "people" was included in the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 9th and 10th amendments for a reason.

    NO ONE could be worse than Cowherd. I used to listen to him on the way to work. He talked for the whole 15 minute ride once on whats the oldest age children should sleep in their parents bed. And this was the Monday RIGHT AFTER THE NFC/AFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES.

    It had no connection at all to Chestnut ridge. It was always privately owned. Drive thru Orchard park[coming from the stadium] Turn left on 240 just past the OP country club. Make a left at the end[?][i think] of 240. The quarry will be on your right. I have no idea of it's currant status-again it's been 35 years.

    Yeah it was used for XC skiing. Lots of trails in the woods behind it. Before it was alpine it was just the Quarry. Had a blast there till it got bought. I have little knowledge of it's post 1975 [suckness] history.
