  1. To bad you filed a claim. I would have lived with the damage till the next flood.
  2. The return was set aside for review by processing staff and managers for potential fraud. But "some time later," the affidavit said, a Revenue employee overrode the flagged payment and the refund was issued. By policy, three agency employees are required to verify the override, the newspaper said. However, according to the affidavit, no one responsible for reviewing the return opened the file to look at it or looked at the W-2 form Reyes filed. Need more employees. They have bigger fish to fry then a 2.1 mill refund to a private individual that was flagged by the computer.
  3. Note I got from jboyst62's Grandpa- "concerned about my Grandson. Seems content to sit on the porch and watch the car's go by. When I was his age full of fire and vinegar, always on the go. What could be wrong?"
  4. Yep. I think all he was thinking about in that moment was screwing on a silencer. I wonder how much of a threat Hank is to the Walt/Jeese/Mike thing now. His foot in the door was Gus, and that's gone.
  5. I find her actions extremely brazen, but not remarkable. It's that this flew with the state revenue to the point that they actually issued a refund is what I find amazing.
  6. I loved the scene where Mike and Hank where butting heads in the interrogation room. Couple of heavyweights going at it. The S/M twins would just start crying.
  7. Oh I watched it 3x to make sure I missed nothing. Terribly complex plot to kill someone though. How did Walter know Gus had the DEA office under surveillance? I would think someone like Gus would have someone on the payroll, not a guy out in the parking lot with binoculars. I think I figured out my intense dislike for the Skyler/Marie twins. They ALWAYS have a alarmed, distressed I can't believe you said/did/ that look on there face. Always. Give me scenes with iron Mike anyday.
  8. I vaguely remember that. Should rewatch the whole series sober
  9. Thanks. Do you remember the episode? I assume it was late in S4. It just makes me wonder what I missed. Again during viewing.
  10. OK I'm finished. Looks like while getting/drinking beer I missed something. What happened to Skylers $675,000 boyfriend? Who broke his neck?
  11. 2.1 million windfall. I will give her credit for discretion. A 1999 Caravan?
  12. You're just going to do it again. Put old tires or boat bumpers on the front.
  13. Look's like it worked. You forgot to say Meh...
  14. Does that mean you need some?
  15. O'Reilly get's facts all wrong. Apparently I can buy bazooka's and machine gun's with no Fed involvment. If you where make a statement to millions of viewers would you not do a little research?
  16. It may be just a symbol of enpowerment to him. As others have noted here, he is really flexing his muscles lately. Maybe a M-60 is just a well you know, male sex organ thing.
  17. Well I did it. Worked my way though S1-4 in a week and S5E1 today. Pretty cool what Walt did to Gus, it sure wiped that smug look off his face when he realized what was going on. Holding off on S5E2, need to save a little. By the way Sage what you called a big effing gun in the trunk was a M-60 with 600 rounds of tracer ammo, oddly enough. I wonder if that get's used?
  18. Poison? Just stick your finger down your throat. Barf and handle business. Mr cool for sure.
  19. I am trying to ration this but man I Got 4 season's sitting there. Just one more, like a bag of chips. Almost done, will have to wait week by week like everyone else
  20. Ah there has to be a dud now and again. Just watched S4 Episode 11? The one where every one at the the pool in Mexico is poisoned. Almost running out of episodes.
  21. I saw it different. I thought the manical pursuit of the fly had to do with Walt's perfectionist nature and his world is coming to a end attitude over production number's not matching his calculation's [due entirely to Jesse lieing about the reading on the scale, which I never understood.] Anyway, I have been Marathoning the whole series and it was the only eposode I got flat out bored, metaphors or not.
  22. You're asking Sarah Brady what a assault weapon is? The weapon so powerful the cop's won't use it?
