Not changing the rules so much as puting them back to where they started. The olympic ideal was AMATEUR competition. A fine tradition IMO. Not pro's popping in on a lark to say they won a gold medel. In fact when he asked Jeese about how he felt, and Jeese went on about his GF, Walt interrupted and said"no this" and held up the money bag. Then he brought up Victor and said maybe Gus did not kill him as a example after all but because he over stepped his boundaries.
