Game Postponed! - To be played Monday at 4:30pm

Except that our opponents play on Saturday and get and 2 more days rest. That's a 40% rest advantage! -

I don't see a blue checkmark. Are we sure this is the real Tim Graham -

Agreed, but I'm talking about the physical rest and recovery disadvantage. -

This is bad. We will be playing a team next week (assuming we win) that played on Saturday. They will have a 2 day rest and prep advantage over us. -
Fish FANS think it's unsafe to play in the cold....ironic?
saundena replied to Matt_In_NH's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agreed. I think teams should be allowed to bring whatever equipment they need for player comfort and safety on the sideline. For for Buffalo, this would mean we could bring sun shades and water misters when we play in Miami in September. For Miami, they can bring seat heaters and whatever they need to stay warm on the sideline in cold weather games. Beyond that, everything should be equal on the actual playing field and the weather or elements will affect both team equally and indiscriminately. I really don't know why the NFL hasn't evolved their sideline equipment policy because there are certainly VERY LEGITIMTE player safety concerns. The Bills playing in 112 degree heat in Miami isn't safe- just as it wouldn't be safe to stand around in -25 windchill for the Miami and Chiefs players this weekend. -
I don't know man. Hasn't Baltimore played the most playoff teams (and has the best record against them) this year? If anything is going to derail them, it will be that their starters ended up with 2 weeks rest and come out of the gate slowly.

Agreed, but why are we censoring "*****"? Nothing wrong with onomatopoeia!

**Breaking News** Pete Carroll out in Seattle

The opposing coach at the "Just give it to them" game. 🤬 -
I lurk on our weekly opponents message boards and most are unreadable trash as far as formatting and ads are concerned- notably Planet Chiefs, Jet Nation and the worst... Fin Heaven. On the flip side Pats Pan Forum is pretty decent (and seems like a good community) as is the Ravens message board (Russ Street Report or something like that). TBD is the best though!

Browns hosting QB Joe Flacco for workout
saundena replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Hopefully #3 after JA (hopefully) hoists the Lombardi next month. Edit: #4 because Kurt Warner was also incredible. He might actually be better than Brady in the ppayoffs if you consider the comparison between two QBs and not the teams and coaches behind them. Brady obviously has sustained success and is the goat, but for one playoff game, I'd have to think hard about not picking Warner -
Well that. Plus he's got insurance. I just think the narrative would be interesting... Bills Mafia supports Tyreek Hill before key AFCE battle. Mind games

https://www.tyreekhillfamilyfoundation.org/ We could all contribute $7.16. It would definitely make the news and add an interesting storyline to the game.

Blue Jerseys, White Pants on the road in Miami

What is our win loss record in this uniform combination? Not that it really matters.... Asking for a superstitious friend.... -
Hive Mind Theory Explains Bills' Recent Performances
saundena replied to theRalph's topic in The Stadium Wall
I believe the OP was referencing or alluding to some of the basic concepts of Quantum Mechanics- particularly, quantum entanglement of two particles whereby direct measurement or observation of one particle's spin instantaneous impacts the spin of the entangled particle over any distance. Also, love that we got psychology, sociology and physics all squeezed into the same thread. That would never happen on Planet Chiefs! TBD is definitely the best message board -
Who in the AFC would teams rather not see in the playoffs?
saundena replied to Rubes's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Browns and Dolphins (if healthy) scare me. Defense travels and both of these teams have strong defenses. The Ravens are very good but it just feels like one and done for them this year- at least how I see it. The Chiefs always have a chance with Mahomes at the helm- but like the Ravens, I just don't get the feeling that this is their year. -
Calling it now: Bills are going to at least reach the AFCCG
saundena replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall
I hope your right and more importantly I hope your dream track record as it relates to football is infallible! Assuming we make the playoffs, I don't think it would be a huge surprise to many people if the Bills made the SB, but the Lions.... That would be a shock especially because the general consensus is the 49ers are the team to beat... Rightfully so! Would love to see the 49ers be a one and done team -
Monday night games - Dolphins/Titans, Giants/Packers
saundena replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall
What a thing that would be! Did you really dream about this game too? -
I more or less agree. I didn't pay for to read all of the articles, but if they are inline with the free "introduction" then it's not McD's character that is under attack, but rather his approach and personality. Maybe a fine line, but perhaps fair- Again- I haven't read the stuff behind the paywall. I think even his biggest critic would agree that fundementally, McDermott is a good and honorable man, with good intentions. Unfortunately this is how it goes for head coaches sometimes- who are public figures. Of course, if any of Tyler's fact's are embellished and made up, then that would be despicable.

Even if we run the table, it's hard to see the Dolphins losing 3 more games this year. Even if the drop one to us and say a game against the Ravens or cowboys, they still end with a better record. Even if they lose 2 + the finale against us- we have to run the board against a tough group of opponents.

Would you today trade places with Texans fans?
saundena replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall
I said yes because the question was phrased "trade places right now / today". I think it is hard to project either team too far out. Bills clearly have issues- but could very well get everything sorted out over the remainder of this season and offseason- and get back to being a perennial Superbowl contender. We also have Josh Allen who at his best, was performing consistently at or better than Mahomes. He didn't suddenly forget how to play quarterback. The Texans on the other hand are likely to have a better season than we will this year and Stroud looks great. Still, lets see how they look at the end of the year and after defensive coordinators start doing a better job game planning for Stroud. Overall, I think the Bills have a slightly better future over the medium and long term simply based on Allen. Having said that right now, I'd rather be a Texans fan- at least for the remainder of this season- their fans have a much more enjoyable season to look forward to I think.
