  1. They nust still think that the Bills were "terribly heartbroken" that they couldn't draft Tim Tebow! Their ranking of 30 is equally ridiculous. I think anywhere between 20-25 is fair. Powerankings in my mind are a snapshot of the NFL at a certain point of time. C'mon, they are 4-2 in the last six, and a drop away from beating Pittsburgh!
  2. I think that the number 2 team to pick (the Bengals) will. Time to dump Carson Palmer.
  3. Wade would not come back to Buffalo as long as RW JR is alive
  4. I don't see Gailey giving the Ax to Edwards.... who is also a friend. At least not after 1 season with a bunch of players that this regime didn't even draft.
  5. I will always hate the Jets. Particularly because my cousin is such a big Jets fan and is always an ass when they win. I think Jet fans are worse than Pat fans. As much as I despise the Pats* cheating ways, I can't stand Rex Ryan and and the rest of the NY fanboys
  6. Good. Favre has become a joke and a shell of his former self. More recently, he's proven himself to be (or soon the NFLs investigation will prove that he is) a scumbag of a human being. Glad he didn't get concussed, but I certainly won't be sorry to see him go. And if he has played his final down, I'm glad that it was Buffalo that took him out.
  7. Didn't see that. My internet stream is very poor today. Glad that Fitzy looked good though
  8. Why does fitz always start so SLOW!
  9. I've used it both in the States and Brazil. Quality/reliability in BR is obviously degraded- still though, I've never had a perfect viewing experience in the US either-- although it's vastly improved over BR. To the OP: All in all, I still think ATDHE is the best, most consistent streaming service. FYI-Some games however, require you to have Veetle- just keep that in mind
  10. ATDHE.net is very good.... except the times that the feeds go down which might be for 10-20 minutes/game. Unfortunately, I think that is the price we have to pay for watching TV NFL games illegally!
  11. I don't know. I have a real bad feeling about this game. I want to think we can continue to play at the level that we've been playing at, but I think we drop this one in a big way. That being said, I think we'll win 2 of 3 of our remaining AFC E games- hopefully against the Jests and the Pats*
  12. F*** it. Break their backs. Go Regan on their ass and fire them all. I'd be fine with replacements. Fact is, I'd trust the Bills scouting dept. more when it comes to evaluating no name players-- 7th rd picks and undrafted FA's. I know we could put together a competitive team. So, lets play with off the street scrubs. I would kill to make the kind of money that even practice squad players make. Not to mention, they get great health insurance too. F*** these whine as5es- nothing more than overpaid man children who have never had to grow up because they've always been the king of the manor.
  13. As much as I love what Fitz is doing for us, he's not KW. KW will be a first ballot HOF. He single-handedly is the reason ARI went to the playoffs and SB. And if it wasn't for their crappy defense letting Pittsburgh roll down the field, he would have gotten them a SB victory. KW was that team and without him, they are garbage. Fitz indeed does elevate our offense, but not like KW did for ARI Slow down. UNBEATABLE, HA, forget offense, we need defense. We score plenty of points to win games, but we also surrender too many points, yards and minutes and THAT'S primarily why we are 2-8! I partially agree with this. Fitz does have the ability to pick apart a defense- which he's been doing on an ongoing basis with Buffalo, but I think his true nature is more Favre-esque. That means we will see plenty of amazing play as our offense continues to improve. He'll make adjustments at the line and punish teams when they blitz us-- but will also see the errant INT from time to time.
  14. I think up until the '08 season when he played for the Jests, Favre had never won a game in Buffalo. Not like he played there very often, but I think it meant that he had a victory in every NFL City
  15. Carrington Baby!
  16. I don't have insider. Anyone care to summarize? Is it just worthless speculation?
  17. Awesome site. Along with TBD, I'll be checking your blog daily. Nice work compiling all of the stats!
  18. True, but that was the old regime
  19. Awesome. I actually love that color scheme. I wish we would go will all black uniforms- helmet and all, but the charging buffalo. It would look good. Ha, that's pretty awesome. Wish we could get him! Regarding that logo, I actually love color scheme. Reminds me of an idea I had not too long ago about new uniforms. I'd like to see all black uniforms, with a thin red white blue stripe down the sides of the legs. Helmet would be all black, but still with the charging bufflao.
  20. 1. If Fitz continues to improve as the rest of the O improves, there is no reason why he couldn't be considered a blue chip QB. 2. I don't think that Eli will ever be considered a top 20 QB when his career is over. A very good QB, yes but not top 20. 3. I think Fitz's ceiling could be very Eli-esque..... and that's a very good thing for us If Chan and Buddy really feel that he could be a winning QB for us, then by all means, draft D. The rest of the season will really show us what we have in Fitz. He played a strong Jets team with only a week of practice, and tore up a sleeping Ravens defense. He's looked pretty good so far, but now that there is plenty of film available on Fitz and Co., let's just see how things go against Pittsburgh the Jests and Miami. If he looks good in those games, I'll be more than satisfied with him as our #1 going forth.
  21. Never thought of it that way. This is awesome. Just imagine if we had a defense.... even a middle ranked one! ALTHOUGH, I remember back during the Rob Johnson days, Bob Matthews wrote a piece that basically said if RJ's stats were extrapolated over a 16 game season, he'd be a sure vote for the pro bowl. Still though, I say that Fitz has much more of that IT factor that RJ ever did. I'm happy with Fitz as our starter.
  22. Physically, I think Fitz is an above average QB (think B- C+). His guts and leadership are what make him sparkle though and those two qualities make him a B+ QB. The reason why he's called a journeyman is that he's played on crappy teams and never looked very good. Along comes Chan, who knows how to build an offense and suddenly Fitz looks pretty OK! Chan is kinda like Bob Vila. He's knows what he's doing and provides the offense all the tools that they need to do the job. That's why we are seeing such an improvement this year. To continue my analogy, Dick Jauron and Trent Edwards were like an illiterate trying to learn how to build a deck by reading ask.com. The illiterate dosen't know how to read/use the tools, and the tools/ask.com suck. Next year, as we bring more talent into B'lo, I expect that Fitz will only improve (assuming that he's still the starting QB). His biggest problem is accuracy and this should improve with a more sustained run game and better protection (assuming we draft a RT).
  23. Trent Edwards also had 4 TDs against the fins a few years back IIRC
