  1. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/6851925/buffalo-bills-roscoe-parrish-miss-first-preseason-game-leg-injury I really think he is going to be the odd man out. He doesn't have the greatest durability and he's getting older. We have good WR depth and I say they trade him for a late round pick (or maybe a starting LT )
  2. I hear what your saying, and you make good points. Ultimately, it will be interesting to see how it all really plays out. I just hope we make it through preseason w/o serious injuries. I didn't know that Easley was back doing drills. This is good news.
  3. I hear what you're saying, but they won't be so quick to give up on a 4th round pick... If he keeps getting injured... maybe but at the very least lets give him a chance. He should be ready to play in the 2nd preseason game at the very least!
  4. Roscoe won't be on our roster much longer. He simply does not do anything that other players can't do. I know he was on pace for 800+ yds last year, but we have a young, talented receiving corps. I'm sure most of you by now have either watched or heard about the remarks Chan made about Roosevelt's awesomeness ("God didn't make him biggest, God didn't make him fastest, but the man can sure play"). Bottom line, Naaman makes the team. Roscoe is fast and shifty, but so too is Spiller. Roscoe returns punts, but so too can Smith and Spiller. Roscoe will be the victim of the move toward youth. Nothing wrong with that I say. I think we keep 6 Receivers on the roster: 1. Lee 2. Stevie 3. Easley (When will he scheduled to practice again? Maybe we'll see him in the 2nd preseason game?) 4. Jones 5. Roosevelt 6. Nelson
  5. I agree w/ both of your points. Ultimately I think we keep Evans (unless somehow we could get a 3rd rd pick for him or a nice OT). Bye bye Roscoe.
  6. I think they try and trade Parrish. might get a late round pick out of him
  7. Chan said something in one of the post practice interviews that was a little concerning. Basically, he said that our D got a lot of penetration on the edges. Although that's good four our D, it's not so good for the people playing OT for us....
  8. I talk regularly, with Chix, Whaley and RW....
  9. Interesting stats OP. I do see cause for hope, but I believe we need to get better at run blocking. Fitzy is not a QB you want throwing 35-40 times a game. With that being said, I do think we the new toys that Chan went out and acquired that our O will have a better season.
  10. http://rob-rang.blogs.cbssports.com/mcc/blogs/entry/13682485/31195642 Any of you think that we might go after a RT (or additional OL depth) in the supplemental draft?
  11. That just means he'll be good when we address our O line AFTER NEXT SEASON
  12. Yeah, they worked for me once or twice last year, but for the most part, not so much. Live radio would be fine as well...
  13. I figure that I'll be proactive this time around and not try finding a link 10 minutes before a game starts SO, how do we go about watching streamed NFL games this year? I remember that ATDNE.net got shut down last year; I had the best luck with them. Are there any newer alternatives out there? I spent 80% of the time outside the US of A, therefore any suggestions will have to work internationally!
  14. You beat me to it. I was going to say something exactly like this!
  15. I wasn't sad, but I would have liked to keep him at a reasonable price.
  16. Wonder if he'll guarantee them a playoff birth. . .
  17. Link? PS, I'm lazy PSS, Who's #1, KW or TT?
  18. I saw Troupe in Dennys last week and he did not look good. I had the booth kitty-corner to him and I watched him polish off 2 Grandslam breakfasts and a grasshopper milkshake. I fear for our D. ON THE OTHER HAND, Maybin was with him. I guess he was trying to put on weigh or something! In all seriousness, I expect good things from T.T. this year
  19. Did you see the muscle definition in his arm when he shook Chris Brown's hand at the end of the video! he is certainly not the average 350lb + space eater in the NFL. The guy is ripped
  20. No way. He's too big and too much of an athlete. They will put him on the 53 man roster and find a way to keep him there. I could see him filling multiple situational roles his first year such as rotating DT, NT. They could also use him in short yardage situations as a RB or FB. I though I even read somewhere that he was even running routes during the off season. It would be funny to see him lined up as a receiver. Basically, if this guy as even an ounce of developable talent, they will keep him off the PS.
  21. Wouldn't mind getting him back for depth. He could help us out when we roll with the 4-3 as a rotational player, helping to keep the #1's fresh
  22. I wouldn't do that. There is no shame in being wrong... especially on an internet message board. With that being said, I have a feeling we will know something by tonight.... and hopefully be next week free agency will be well under way
  23. Hopefully something by tonight then
