Just need Rex Ryan as our coach.

Other than G Tech in one or 2 years he was gone from every job. By the tyime we rebuild if done correctly he will be somewhere else I worry.

We have to hire a minority at this point even if he is not thebest candidate as we need something positive to come out of this coach search. So much for Nix's so many years in the NFL holding credibility. We needed an experienced GM with previous coaches that would work for him again. we blew it once again. They are saying in NY right now that we only ran the Tampa 2 with Fewell on first downs mostly as Fewell is described as totally oppposite as we saw him. We should have kept him as the coach.

Time for the Commishioner to step up and suggest we seek a 3rd party to help us find suitable coach and or front office with some type of success or experience and advise RW what the problems we really have are.

This is so sad. RW has no respect by anyone in this league it seems. Time for Commish to step up and advise RW and his "advisors" on how to improve our state of affiars with this organization before we are a total 100% laughing stock.

I'd tell Lynch to lose 20 lbs to regain his quickness and utlize him as a rb again. Right now he needs to lsoe weight and do some speed training inordre to help us as a running back. that being said I'd sign Leon washington as a free agent for kicks and 3rd downs.

It is not in RW's DNA to spend whatever we can to make this team great. He will only do what is basically minimum enough for us to believe we have a chance to improve and make playoffs to sell tix. RW is cheap , basically.

Gave up a lot of sacks last year and regressed. Good athlete, questioanble heart. Have been following him since High School days at Piscataway. Late first, early second round pick. Play last season was shaky. A project right now with tendancy to gain weight in off season as he showed up 30 lbs overweight this year to start season. We could do better at 9 elsewhere.

Time for Jim to step up and recruit Cowher for us and sell Western NY and the Bills and all it has to offer. Do whatever it takes Jimbo.... Thurman, you too can wake up and help us here as we Bills fans do need a break.

The guy was our best OL last two games by far. Turn Wood to C again and keep Leveitr at LG and use Harngartner as backup at G and C spots for depth.

He has a rookie QB with minimal college experience. I think he might be a good fit as he would try and Leon Washington, I am sure who would be great 3rd down back and KO returner. I'd bet we would be better off with aguy with experience however.

Davis and RW are in a tie for worst owners. Time for League to step in to save us and advise them who to hire to run this team. We need league help to get RW to act responsibly in the best interests of the team.
