    We got rid of Schobel as well and Trentless who I did not know were black and signed Andra Davis and Spiller and Troup and Carrington for tons of money and I thought they were black. Guess I am color blind on this one.

    Jets are succesful on defense beacsue they blitz 90% of the time and dsis=guise it so you klnow it is coming but not from where thus focing the offense to make quick decions on line and at qb and wr. I'd like to see us do the same.

    Seems to me the 60's unis with the nice blue and standing buffalo was the best. We won 2 AFL championships with that uni and looks great, I say go back to when we were champs of something at tleast....

    Put him on the Jets or Ravens and he will be an all world outside LB . I say re-sign the guy as we have novbody better. Is injury prone but maybe best for outside LB in a 3-4 or a 4-3.

    Yes, p;lace him at OLB on defense. No reason why he can't play both offense and defense, that damn whimp.

    If Luck is there take him. If not, draft the best LT in draft. Rebuild OL and LBs in next draft.

    Dante is too small and slow and poor in coverage to be a free sfatey and too small to be a strong saftey. Not a good mix. If he heas 4 inches and 30 lbs heavier he woul dbe a good strong safety/lb type we could use in the box. Too small to be in the box and not good eneough as a playmaker to be in the back.

    Not to belabor the point but it looks to me like Witner is guarding the TEs a lot of times, not just our slow OLBs.

    McDole's name brought back memeories of our early succes. Tom Day, Tom Szeztak, Jim Dunaway Ron McDole def front, Mike Stratton, Harry Jacobs, Jim Tracy at LBbs. George Saimes, Butch Byrd , Booker Edgerson, Tom Janik as dbs. That was some defense.

    If we reelase him the Jets will sign the guy, work with him in pass rushing situations and he will wind up being a pass rush specialist like Jason Taylor under Rex Ryan and we will look like idiots again.

    Not fair. He just got one of those new fancy dancy Droid phones and con't figure how to use it. He keeps calling up RW by accident every time he uses it.
