Dante is too small and slow and poor in coverage to be a free sfatey and too small to be a strong saftey. Not a good mix. If he heas 4 inches and 30 lbs heavier he woul dbe a good strong safety/lb type we could use in the box. Too small to be in the box and not good eneough as a playmaker to be in the back.

Not to belabor the point but it looks to me like Witner is guarding the TEs a lot of times, not just our slow OLBs.

Is Urpik a possibility at RT or Wrotto guy?

If we reelase him the Jets will sign the guy, work with him in pass rushing situations and he will wind up being a pass rush specialist like Jason Taylor under Rex Ryan and we will look like idiots again.

Can't help thinking what if we signed Rex Ryan instead of the extra year with Jaron? Can you imagine our fans at the games with that defensive philophy? We would be crazy every week. Nice we got Troup going and showing something, next up should be Carrington and Maybin on this defense. Replace Stroud and Torbor with above somehow.

On D I thought Davis and Poz played well. Kelsay and Torbor are usless so we are only playing with 2 LBs at this point. Witner hit hard though too late a lot of times. Troup and Williams at least look like they play hard and try hard. Like the 2 of them together. Def ends are poor. DBs are solid. Our OL T's are worset in league. TE position is a waste as well.

Lets' petiition the league to be an expansion team. Maybe they would not notice due to blackouts??? LOL
