When you consitantly "reach" for players and target them so you get them and probably draft them 1-2 rounds above where most say they should be drafted, this is what you usually get.
Try listening to one inning f a NY Yankee game with John Sterling and Susan Waldman doing their schtick. I listen to nothing and get more ou tof it than how they describe things.
I would rather believe it is "cheapness" rather than thinking we are actually improving the team as the latter, if true is a real problem. Could our GM be this senile?
