  1. Word where I live is jets will cut sanchize, chroma rite and Holmes. They will then be more than 51 million below cap and will main team to go after Byrd man
  2. Let m,e understand this, we were willing to give Byrd a 3 year contact at 10 million per year but we aren't willing to Franchise him so for one year we get like a deal for 8.5 million or so and he can play with us or be traded for assets??? I don't understand the Bills here.. Somebody please explain this to me.
  3. Bills will fool us all and draft Ha Ha.........LOL...
  4. Yeah, payiong him 8.5 million to be traded really says bad about the Bills...
  5. Franchize him , then trade thje a hole so we get sort of return on our investment. Don't let good players leave with no compensation.....
  6. We showed him! Not franchising him and not getting compensation shows him who's boss. Smart move! Why be like the Jets who get a #1 and I think a #3 for Revis, who is most overarated CB in league history. Once again we get nothing for a decent youg players besides being under the cap by 25 million or so. God forbid we franchize him and trade him for a 2nd or thirds or even 4th.....Now we get nothing! What an organization....
  7. Jets did that with Revis, traded him and got the DROY in Sheldon Richardson. Why can't we get something back for our all pro guy????
  8. Good teams would do this that have a long term plan. Right on!
  9. I bet Ralph, if we include propfits thru the years and increased value of franchise since day one has probably made about a billion profit with this team. Revenue sharing and amoint of this TV stuff is just mind bogeling on why any teamn would not max out the capo if they really were trying to win.
  10. May the Schwarz be with us.....
  11. Go with Gase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  12. I go back a long ways so here is my top ones: 1. Montana; classic 2. Peyton: could make a case for #1, but played in a dome so he had an advantage for most of career 3. Johnny Unitis: Guys was tops in his time 4. Tom Brady: A lot of big games and years 5. Sonny Jurgensen: Whip like arm and was great on mediocre Redskin teams
  13. I'd narrow by 3 feet and raise by by 3 ft!!!!!
  14. Does anyone know what exactly is wrong with Chris Hairston???? I never got the deal with his injury or illness.....
  15. Contrary to a lotof people I believe if we had a big safety that can pound the line in the box would be more ideal for the way Petine runs the defense. We might not miss Jarius that much and be better able to stop the run with someione else...
  16. I am begiining to agree with this more and more...you make a very good argument, well thought out and makes a ton of sense...
  17. Change should have been made. Disappointed in keeping this clown....
  18. Since NFL teams share 50 to 75% of TV revenue and the new contract is outlandish. No way any team can lose, especially since our stadium still has 90% or so seats filled and we have a very large attendenace overall.Since the 1960s, all regular season and playoff games broadcast in the United States have been aired by national television networks. Currently, the terrestrial television networks CBS ($3.73B), NBC ($3.6B) and Fox ($4.27B) — as well as cable television's ESPN ($8.8B) — are paying a combined total of US$20.4 billion[1] to broadcast NFL games as per the current contract that ends in 2013. From 2014 to 2022, the same networks will pay $39.6 billion for the same broadcast rights. You must be one of our front office guys that bottom line on how much we make is only concern....
  19. Assuming we lose Byrd, I would target the best G, Safety, LB, and TE FAs out there as we have the money....
  20. And I bet we only use about 15 million of it. Ralph can not lose no matter how hard he could try due to TV revenue sharing so he will always make $, just a matter of 100 million or 80 million a year!!!!
  21. After watching NE run through us all day with Blount looking like Jimmy Brown in his hey day, we need a big LB with talent to stop teams. Mack the man???
  22. Hopefully next year he is healthy and decided to "cut it up the field" more as I have noticed the same thing, usually to our left sid eof the line. Next year he will be "CJ Cut it Up" Spiller!!!!
  23. Time for a change. Marrone has made changes at SU when he was there and will do so here as well with coaches that have been subpar.
  24. Amazing is that Brett Farve's Dad died the day before an NFL game and he played the next day and threw 4 TDs and like 400 yards, dedicating the game t his Dad. Everyone handles things differently and in their own way.
