To me, our team with their lack of adjustments, penalties that never seem to end by the same players, and overall disappointment of this talented team, especially the defense screams for changes other than players, ie our coaching staff. Rex had proven with the Jets and now the Bills to not have a clue on how to manage a team and get them to consistently perform to their expectations. Things will only get worse if Rex gets more input into player personnel.

Dsiagree strongly with OP.. This is a talented team and also very skilled with poor coaching. Wityh even an average NFL coach this is a playoff team. With a clown coach we are where we are.

All Peggy has to follow is look at our record last season and the Jets last season record then compare them the year despite all the money he invested in players. Can't wait until Rex makes it official that Rob is added to the staff. Peg, do the right thing. Can this clown.
