    Need to run a spread type offense so McCoy can have space to cut it up field and let Tyrod see the field better, seems to me Rex's teams will always take bad penalties sat the worst times and will lead the league in that category.

    Put a real coach on this team with discipline and this is a playoff team. With this frat house staff we will continue to lead leage in penalties and frustration. Rex has no control.

    Coaching is my biggest question mark. Two winning seasons in 7 yrs worries me as every season with his team they get worse

    I could see Rexless taking a chance on ex jets Amaro(TE) and Millner) as he can coach anybody up.

    7-9 is very optimistic with a coach who has 2 winning seasons out of 8 or whatever.
