Yeah, but the real challenge is figuring out which is wich.

To be honest, I don't think they can be considered a "success" in one year, short of making the championship round. (even then, I don't want a one year wonder) I think they need to establish continuity of players and coaches over at least a 3 year period to build success. Start building good foundation of players, keep the freakin' coaches for more than a year or two, then the success should follow.

Love Tyrod last year, running, he may be one of the best I have ever seen. Passing, thought after a year he would improve, have not seen it. I have been saying all season, Cardale will be the starter next year. I know he only played pre-season, but when he was in there, he utilized tight ends, and throws the ball over the middle, slants, crossing, posts.... Tyrod seems to mostly throw outside the numbers, and can't get anything to tight ends.

Shady is a running back, that runs/cuts/..... Dareus is a D-lineman, he could almost just stand his ground, or even fall down to plug up the middle.
