  1. Ok, im not a bills fan, also clearly not a fan of ryan fitzpatrick. But my friend has been yapping in my ear about how "CJ SPILLER has potential to b AS good as lesean MCCOY" listen, spiller had a good game against. Im an eagles fan, gratz on the win btw, but it ended better for us in the end :D. Anyways, i don't think spiller has the potential to be even in the same realm as mccoy. Anyone presenting a solid argument is welcomed. I think the bills are also at least 2-3 years away from the post season. I think the team needs to draft first and foremost a pass rush. Chris Kelsay isn't going to cut it. Trust me, having Babin and Cole is terrific, and there isn't anyone on the roster right now who even comes close to either of them. Again, lets argue. By the way, the friend i am talking about is Buffalo_Bills . Lets argue, im bored with the off season already. Expected to be fighting for the right to go to the NFC championship by now..lol...dream team

I'll argue since you didn't make the post season all you did was hurt yourself with a worst draft slot.

  2. Fitzpatrick is a helluva backup. Can't win the Super Bowl if you can't throw it deep. Really, it's as simple as that.

Don't get me wrong --- with a solid defense, I think Fitzpatrick could lead a team to the playoffs. But the big prize is a pipe dream.

That is my biggest problem with Fitz is he can't throw over 15 yards accurately. Every other team you watch slinging balls down the field (how about back up QBs, Flynn, and the Pats guy). The short quick game which Fitz is good at was figured out and with Gailey's hatred to run the ball Fitz's arm has really been exposed.

It isn't all on Fitz, as offensive injuries really hurt. I really like the guy though with his work ethic and leadership, but in the end he just lacks the physical tools. A lot of people have been saying that about him for awhile and after watching the end of the season unfold I'm starting to jump on that wagon.

  3. I am not dissapointed with him. He has 5.5 sacks to his name so far. I think he will only get better

Agreed, he has had a pretty good rookie year without much help up there on the D-Line. One year of experience under his belt, and the return of Kyle Williams next year, Dareus should be a force.

  4. Did anyone else notice how many times Solomon said that the Chargers are trying to make this a "December to remember"?

I felt like I was watching a Lexus commercial in the middle of the game.

Yes I noticed how he brought up that saying several times. Mostly because if you watch the NFL network all you see is those Lexus commercials where someone gets a brand new car for Christmas. Like I don't need any more help being reminded of my financial status.

  5. Was the bread knife intentionally invented or did someone just accidently discover a knife with a serrated blade was more effective in slicing bread? This would be very important information to know before any could agree that your premise, while brilliant, is correct.

Well it was an evolution of the traditional knife to maximize bread slicing efficiency, and prevent the bread from being flattened.

  6. The problem is we have NO PASS RUSH!! And noone on our team can cover Vincent Jackson and Antonio Gates especially if Aaron Williams does not play. This could seriously get ugly. Knowing how weak our defense is, Fitzie HAS TO step up and make plays all game long. He needs to play his best game of the season-equal to Phillip Rivers, if we are to have a chance. So what is everyone's prediction? A blow out here, and we have to seriously start thinking about replacing good ole Chan, who for the life of me I can not figure out why anyone on this board thinks is a good coach.

Yup the only way we win this is like the NE game. Our offense has to throw down ridiculous amounts of points and hope the Defense makes an uncharacteristic stop, or get a few turnover.

Rivers has had some bad games, but he was also beat up by pass rush, which is something we do not have. I'll go into Sunday thinking we have a shot, but my expectations are low.
