The flag is thrown immediately after the snap, and it was announced on the game replay as offsides. I never heard it called out while at the game though.

You piqued my interest when you said north central PA as that is always what I tell people when asked where I live. Clearfield and Warren are ranging metropolises compared to potter county. Two hours to Buffalo and tv stations are Buffalo, but still surrounded by Stiller fans.

If you like the outdoors it is a great area for fishing, hunting, camping etc. I live about 70 miles east of Warren but I have not been there in over 10 years, so I can't really speak to much more than that.

I got my seasons moved to the visitors side to take advantage of late season warmth. While the sun can be brutal early season the payoff is well worth it later on.
