Not when u start off 4-0 and have a stretch of 1-3. At 4-0 we were thinking division title and mayebe even a first round bye. Now after losing 2 straight in the division we are in danger of losing 3 and battling it out with a bunch of teams for 2 wild card spots. If you would have told me before the season started that we would be 5-3 at the half way point im sure 98% of us would have been thrilled but when we start of 4-0 and then go 1-3 its a huge dissapointment.

We all have heard the talk from Donte Whitner and know he is a great leader. I feel for all of the blame that has been tossed around to McGee, McKelvin and Ko Simpson, some of it should be passed to the Whitner. Can anyone remeber when he made a game changing interception or forced fumble (a la Ed Reed)? The two biggest plays I can think of this year are him chasing down Johnny Lee Higgins and Ted Ginn after a 60 yard reception...

I never really noticed this before yesterday...for all of the talk that donte witner does...when is the last time he went out there and made a play...not even a game changing int or fumble recovery for a td a la ed reed but the last time he forced a fumble or had and int?????
