I saw Jim Kelly go 1-13 in a half, I've seen baseballs stars go 0-5 many many times, Jordan has had his bad days.. My point is not to defend Dockery but to judge a guy on one play is ridiculous!

So to be critcal is not tp be a fan?? You cheerleaders mix up reality and rooting; they do not mean the same.. I'll be rooting for the Bills as usual. I hope they go undefeated, but that doesn't mean I don't think they'll suck! But buying the company line is harmful beacuse what incentive is there for the scum Wislon to spend money.. We're the only team w/o a GM!!, how pathetic is that! Our O-line is going to be the worse we've seen in awhile. No Holds for any running backs. Boy do I hope I'm wrong, and I'll be cheering on every play but reality beats myth in the real world..

It's amazing how cheerleading fans accept the company line. We are planning (probably) to start 2 OL guys who haven't played a down in the NFL?? Historically very few are successful , even if they are good, which we don't know. I recall drafting a guy by the name of Williams as the 3rd (4th?) pick in the entire draft and he was a dud.. Furthermore Dockery was very mediocre and if we was $100K , he still would be starting.. and don't forget your pom-pom's and continue to cheer for this aimless pathetic team.

Why would anyone think Hangartner is better? He was only a fill-in and started only when an injury happened. He never earned a starting position.. So what do we do? We move him to starting Center from Guard. The rest of the "middle" are 2 unproven rookies.. we suck!

The non-scientific response is the line sucked last year and will suck even worse this year with rookies starting, and only Walker returning to his 08 position ..

Hangartner only started when a regular got hurt. If he had a future, they would have signed him.. This line blows. Of course the company line is to say have confidence in what they have..

Worst O-Line in the AFC East by far.. Speculating on 2 rookies at guard, a career back-up scrub as a FA pick-up to start at Center, and a promising guard switched to RT.. What a sham

Not only did we do nothing but every other AFC East team IMPROVED on REAL players not college kids..Don't also forget we have the worst coaching staff with the fewest years of experience for both our coordinators compared to the other AFC East teams.. every team has injuries , we just suck.. Kelsey sucks, Ellison, McGee is far from a Winfield or Odoms, no one is special..So what do we do?, we draft a one trick pony DE with one year of college and a CB to join the other 20 we already have.. Still no OLB either..

If we have 4 rookies starting , that would be 2 guards (who were not guards), a safety who was a CB and a 4th rnd TE not to mention our first round pick who played 1 year of college ball..and lets not forget Ellison and Kelsy who already suck . it's 3-13 and REBUIDING time !

It's not really pessimism it's frustration... After every year the Bills have sold us fans a bill of goods. We signed Bledsoe (sold out the next year), traded up for Losman (sold out the next year), bring in Marv (sold out the next year), and now sign T.O. and a C+ rookie crop and will again sell out.. Most of you guys are cheerleaders. True fans would see that the same scouting staff that has evaluated "talent" is still at it, we have a bonafide loser for a coach, and no football GM. So call me a pessimist, I call myself a fan!

Didn't mean to cause such a stir, just my opinion of MY team that hasn't made the playoffs in a decade.. I guess what bothers to me is do you guys think that being a "fan" mean we go with the company line.. How can you guys have faith in this organization when jauron has 1 winning season in 7 and our scouting staff has been intact thru the whole period of missing the playoffs? I hope I'm wrong , and the Bills go 13-3 but I don't see it.. To the dude who jumped on me about me stating that our new center was a starter when I said he wasn't, what I meant was he was a reserve who only started when an injury occured..look it up. I will repeat myself, our first pick is a one horse pony with one year of college.. We had better alternatives.. Our new "O" lineup MAY have talent but so did Mike Williams.. 2 rookies starting on the line is a good thing?? There is way too much optimism about this team.. Of course with the Bills selling every seat, there is no need for Wilson to spend money.. So keep on cheering and giving your money to this organization, don't expect a winning record though.. I agree that Dockery sucked as well as Preston, but why would you think we're better?? Is it our history of draft hits?? We're going to have a whole new line with 2 rookies playing out of position and that's good??

My first post in months, have no idea who is afcfan is,... The truth hurts I know and I've been a fan for years. it's so sad how we settle for mediocrity.. Before the Kelly yrs, 25,000 fans showed up when we sucked now we sell out.. Optimism is great but not if its unrealistic..

OK, How can a Bills fan be happy with what we see, our team is a train wreck! 1) "O" line is a disaster.. Our center was never an NFL starter, our projected guards are both rookies.. One tackle was a guard last year and the other tackle is OK at best 2) Our #1 pick was projected as a late first rounder.. He played 1 year of college and has a skillset of Chris Ellis. 3) Our second round pick was a CB to be converted into a safety.. 4) Our rookie TE is a 4th rnd pick.. If he was a second rnd pick he would have been drafted in rnd 2 or maybe 3rd.. Hard to believe he'll make a difference. Other factors'; we lose an all-pro T, we have no decent left lb, we have an unproven QB, oh yes, the Bills tiks will sell and sell and we'll miss the playoffs AGAIN.. another prediction after an 0-3 start, jauron will say to be "patient" because the line is unfamiliar with each other and Trent isn't used to T.O... We finish 3-13, "changes" are made, we sell out AGAIN etc. etc. etc. I hope I'm wrong, but the above makes a lot of sense to me IMO.

2 of our best centers of all time , Kent Hull and Jim Richer were converted.. It means nothing on the OL
