  1. Exactly. Ooooh....maybe he wants more money! Maybe he's saying it doesn't matter? Or, maybe he's saying he doesn't want more money, since it's the root of all evil! Diggs is an interesting guy on social media, but if you try to read too much into it your head will hurt.
  2. There was a sideline catch in that highlight clip that would have been clearly out in the NFL, is why I asked. Is it just me, or does he look awkward to everyone?
  3. In his presser, Beane said he got his clearance and he's actually at One Bills Drive working out, said he's got a couple more checks to clear but they expect him to be full-go He looks so awkward, but he gets it done I'm not much of a college football fan - are college completed catch rules different than pros?
  4. We know 100% they are going to take Josh's 5th year option. Beane has already said that they want to get Josh's contract done this year but if they can't, they'll work on it next year. So they 100% will pick up Josh's option, Book It. So that's exactly how I interpreted it - Telling about Edmunds Just saying about our RBs: "neither of our backs are home-run hitters". Didn't rule out taking an RB at 30 if he feels a different skill set is there.
  5. It does merit the "rare event siren" 🚨 But don't gloat, it causes wrinkles
  6. Maybe it's just me, but I don't think we need another 1st round high ceiling 2-3 year project at this point. A guy who used to work for me used to say there are numbers that get your attention. 0 is one of those attention getting numbers.
  7. Hurrrr Hurrrr Hurrrr https://www.instagram.com/p/CN3g26knOL7/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link About 1/3 of the way in, throw behind him and Diggs just casually reaches back and up and one hands it *swooooooon*
  8. Say more about this, please. Because I don't think there's a requirement to put your friends and family in the line of harassment, and as I understand it a lot of the social media favored by the current generation has a time limit on how long stuff stays around anyway.
  9. On the other hand, women involved in legal actions against famous men are routinely subject to truly horrifying attacks from the general public on social media, and it's not enough to just deactivate the account; any clues left in there can lead to family being doxxed and harassed. Because of this, deleting or scrubbing a social media account should not be interpreted as casting doubt on a story. Then, even if they aren't worried about being doxxed or attacked, there's the point that defense attorneys in sexual assault cases routinely attack the behavior and character of the plaintiff and would be happy to use evidence from their social media to do so. To me, (2) is the most interesting - if someone is seriously upset or traumatized by the behavior of a client, I would think they would decline future bookings with that client. The caveat is if, like the massage therapist interviewed in SI, they put some kind of caveat in their future willingness as she said she did "if you behave more professionally" and clarified the services they provide, ie "only do massage".
  10. Yeah, they started out with a limit based on square feet of the facility and then changed it in response to one of the outbreaks. I dunno if it makes sense or was one of those reactive kind of things. Guess maybe someone will ask Brandon Beane what's going on with Bills OTAs tomorrow?
  11. Not sure this is entirely on his own terms. If it was, I would think he would have retired immediately after being released by the WFT. I think he just wasn't getting offers, or at least not offers from teams/coaches he wanted to play for.
  12. https://www.profootballnetwork.com/nfl-otas-2021-start-date-for-nfl-offseason-program/ Has a list they claim is updated regularly about teams whose players are not participating. Bills not listed.
  13. I guess it depends upon whether the NFL keeps the expanded practice squad again this season. I heard they would, but someone else said it was just under discussion. Have you heard anything?
  14. Statistically, I don't think football is anywhere near a top profession for risk of serious injury or death. After researching what the players can do during Phase I of OTAs, I got to say that I think it's a non-issue whether they do them virtually or not. I think most of the guys can get better workouts on their own than working within the NFL's limits on how many can be in the weight room or the building at the same time. And they can meet virtually from anywhere. So far the Bills FO, coaches, and players have been 🦗🦗 about their plans though.
  15. https://www.audacy.com/wgr550/sports/bills/bills-can-begin-offseason-program-on-monday?utm_campaign=sharebutton&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_term=WGRAM TBH, it seems to me from this that the players would probably get more done and be in better shape, participating in virtual meetings but staying in their own home towns where most of them seem to be set up with gyms, training programs etc. If no more than 10 players at a time are allowed to work out, and there are 70 players currently on the squad, then it would take 7 hrs just for everyone to get in a mere hour long workout. If no more than 20 players at a time are even allowed in the facility, it's not even going to be an easy time for new players to get to know their teammates.
  16. I would like to see a good young C/G prospect. Similar logic to yours - someone who can challenge for a starting G spot and learn from the vets and be our C in 1-2 years. Again, not saying draft at #30, but come out of the draft with.
