I think the answer is that you can't develop a QB in the NFL. What you can do, is draft a QB with a fierce desire to succeed and the fundamental raw tools (mental and physical). In which case he may develop himself, given the opportunity and the resources. All this is true, and yet while Fitz would never throw Stevie under the bus, it's also probably true that some of Fitz interceptions in Buffalo were Stevie not running the route or route variant Fitz expected

I want to know if he truly expects a 6-pack of locally brewed IPA to be given to him on entrance

I could be wrong, but I think @1ManRaid was referring to Hammer's Lot as "his property, his right". Which I agree with and elsewhere you've said you agree with

Ty Dunne: Motor can lift Bills to super bowl
Hapless Bills Fan replied to BillsMafi$'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
OK, now I've read the article, and this response just says you clearly have not or if you took a look, you didn't make it past about halfway where Dunne starts talking about the training Motor is doing this off-season that's different. -
Ty Dunne: Motor can lift Bills to super bowl

This. https://buffalonews.com/sports/bills/travis-etienne-to-buffalo-picking-up-steam-among-national-nfl-analysts/article_b34848a8-a6d4-11eb-8bb0-5f9c69213ef1.html Now I grant that he's faster than Moss or Singletary, but if the gap for the Bills is lack of a home-run hitter with break-away speed, does Etienne really fill the Bill(s) so to speak? "Kamara-like" is not "Kamara". "McCaffrey-like" is not "McCaffrey" Can someone summarize the article and add a couple of quotes? It might make the ensuing discussion better than people just putting their own thought in the thread. -

I think she's a farm girl herself and like most farm girls, can probably shoot squirrels and other varmits pretty well -
No, I wouldn't leave $100k car abandoned, or even my car which is probably worth about 1/10 of that. But you have to think on a different scale for Diggs. He makes like $12M/year. That $100k car is 0.8% of his annual gross income. BLS says the median salary for a US worker was $51k last year. That would be like one of us leaving a car we paid $408 for abandoned next to the railroad tracks.

Covid vaccination policy for NFL players and staff
Hapless Bills Fan replied to WhoTom's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
When one of the players tested positive last season, testing him every day was not counted as "7 positive results"; he was counted as 1 positive result, usually verified by several tests. The interval during which an infected player will test positive is longer than 1 week. Therefore fewer tests will still correlate to the same number of players who test positive whether they test every day, or once a week. We were talking about getting @Limeaid's notion the teams should withhold pay from an unvaccinated player who tests positive and will be unavailable. My point is they can't withhold pay for something that's not required. As far as masks, they were required in the buildings all last season. -
This. The zebras were "I see nothing, nothing" when the KC DBs held like superglue during the AFCCG. Then they started calling some fair, but also some ticky-tack DPIs and DHs in the Superbowl. That certainly played a role. But what was really made a difference IMHO is being in Mahomes face all night, pressuring and otherwise affecting him. It helps your DB and LBs cover when the QB has to scramble around so much.

Incorrect. If you read the article, you would see that they are still being tested, albeit 1x per week instead of 1x per day. -
The reason Brown was unhappy in Baltimore is because he wanted to stay at LT, where he played the 2nd half of last season. The Poe-birds have Ronnie Stanley locked up at LT for 5 more years. They need a guy who is willing to play right tackle. Yeah, I'm betting Brown wants an extension and the Chiefs want him extended. I think Brown is a good player, and probably the best LT the Chiefs could acquire this season and at a relative bargain price. I could be wrong, but I don't think pass-blocking for the Chiefs and pass-blocking for the Ravens are quite the same thing. We'll see I guess.
