  1. Allen to Diggs, Allen to Sanders; Fromm to Gentry; Allen to Davis. Look at the difference in the way they cut on the route.
  2. With the soaring price of lumber, I think these could become a trend among gardeners:
  3. Me too. I'm surprised only 1,200 followers so far. Question: can ordinary people take their dogs into Target in Buffalo NY, or is this something you can only do if you're Josh Allen or Josh Allen's Girl? You can see parts of her on the dog's account Probably more efficient to follow the girlfriend if that's your goal. You'll...ah..see more of her that way (though she doesn't Rachel Bush)
  4. This would fit entirely with my impression of Josh The dog is a new Instagram and his girlfriend Britt seems to be running it. But the dog would probably be happy to have food substances squirted on him, as long as the mustard is the typical hot-dog type.
  5. To me, it sounds in keeping with McDermott's philosophy "iron sharpens iron", and "nothing is given, everything is earned". He's saying Star shouldn't take his starting spot for granted, he needs to earn it.
  6. No. That sweet little puppy will NOT be chained up, not now not ever. However her insta account may hold insight into Josh Allen's bedtime habits. Or, in fact, Josh may not sleep with a football and it's just there as a prop, none of us are likely to ever know.
  7. Why would he, when it's a sport and a position he played growing up and through HS?
  8. He did play Baseball (Pitcher) in Highschool, you know. Reportedly he had a 90 mph fastball. This was before he finished his growth and muscled-up - he was only 6'2" or 6'3". He said in one interview that he was told that with proper pitching training he could probably wind up at 93-94 mph. It is a ceremonial pitch, but if he tries to actually get a heater in the strike zone I doubt he'll "destroy his arm", it's a motion he did repeatedly in HS and probably has done helping his brother practice hitting** and at some charity games since then (canceled last year, but his rookie and 2nd year Micah Hyde normally has a charity softball game). **Josh's brother started college on a baseball scholarship. Apparently injuries forced him to stand down.
  9. Didn't Mahomes throw a lot of interceptions leading up to the 2018 season? Just sayin'
  10. That's not the way we want to resolve our oversupply of DE's!!!!!
  11. IIRC Star has nearly a Marshawn Lynch-level fondness for talking to media so this should be...dull? Over/under on vaccine questions to McDermott and post practice? I actually don't understand betting terminology despite @GoBills808 efforts to edumacate me, I just thought the phrase sounded cool. https://www.buffalobills.com/news/bills-coaches-lift-spirits-on-visit-to-buffalo-city-mission Quick! Pick out the vaccinated coaches:
  12. That really should have been in there somehow. "Do you renounce Belichick, Brady, and all their works of Satan?" That's such a cooperative baby

  14. That improved, certainly, but for example, check this out: https://nextgenstats.nfl.com/charts/player/season/isaiah-mckenzie/MCK250948/2020/17/route That should take you to this, Week 17 last year: Look at how sharp the breaks are on some of those routes and how well-defined they are. Now compare with this from 2018. You see 1) his route-running vocabulary is much smaller 2) on some routes where there could or should be a sharp break, there isn't.
  15. 1) I did not say anything about "bone growth". I thought it was common knowledge that young men frequently have high metabolisms and struggle to put on weight, being able to eat everything in sight but staying skinny. Then one day in somewhere in their 20s, it changes and they not only can gain weight, sometimes they pudge out if they don't change their eating habits. Don't you have friends like this? The reasons are unclear, but it may not be metabolism - it may be some people naturally expend more energy by their activity (constantly in motion, fidgeting while seated) 2) Seems pretty well known that many NFL players continue to gain muscle after the draft, through their 20s, through rigorous diet and workout programs. Hell I worked with a guy who wanted to go to medical school (and eventually did) but was a serious body builder. I know he was way too smart to use PEDs, but I saw pictures and the same guy after his jr year in college vs. after a couple years with plenty of time to work out and eat as he chose, was almost unrecognizable. But he was rigorous about what he ate and he ate all the time - he would take "peanut butter eating breaks" like cigarette smokers took smoking breaks. Even Tom Brady developed his body in the NFL. That famous picture at the combine is pretty sad. They aren't what they are. The NFL is full of anomalies.
  16. Not that he shouldn't work out, but from what I saw Hollister is a solid blocker. I would say, better than Knox although like everything else - the thing with Knox is consistency. Dunno about Gentry. Kumerow can block pretty durn well though. Knox said he spent 6 weeks in Cali working with the eye trainer dude and he was working out with Allen also.
  17. Hanging on the Bills PS could be good for Gentry One thing that was obvious last season was how much the route running in the WR room had improved. McKenzie improved markedly at times - you could see it on the NextGen stats route charts between last year and this. Gabe Davis improved from college. Even Brown to my eyes was running better routes at times. Whether it's the WR (Diggs, Bease) or the WR coach (Chad Hall). The chance to hang on the PS and hone his routes could only do him good, and having some experience with Trubisky throwing to him could only help.
