  1. Actually I was worried when I heard that Mario Addison had been terrorizing he QB
  2. I don’t have a problem with this take —- Allen has not been who we expected him to be the last 6Q. But I stand by my parody of what some folks are saying here.
  3. You Guyz Bills fans last week: 51 pass attempts, we need to run more! Bills fans this week: 14 rushes to 16 pass attempts, Allen Sucks!
  4. So I am dripping sweat and can brush rolls of black crap off my neck but never say I do not learn from my mistakes. I am NOT going to take a shower this week until AFTER the game. Not on yer life.
  5. That's part of what happened. Allen has repeatedly acknowledged that he had some easy throws he missed that might have changed the outcome I put this up on another thread but I thought Jon Feliciano's reaction was interesting https://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/2021/09/bills-jon-feliciano-not-spiraling-after-tough-day-vs-cam-heyward-youre-gonna-get-got-sometimes.html
  6. Would you agree that practically speaking, when a ball is thrown short and the receiver tries to come back for it, a DB between the WR and the ball has to show he's making a play on the ball by turning his head, or the chances of a flag are high?
  7. So your logic is that because of how PFF graded the Bills OL on a game where we had 51 pass attempts, it proves we can't run?
  8. Sal's keys to the game are interesting, but there's something that seems notable by its absence https://www.audacy.com/wgr550/sports/bills/capaccio-bills-at-dolphins-sals-keys-notes-and-stats-2021 Wonder if Miami's offense feels dissed
  9. Sometimes I wonder if some Bills fans would be an interesting study in social psychology Either that or the after-effects of too many Bowling Ball "shots to the haid"
  10. https://buffalonews.com/sports/bills/how-his-miami-bbq-restaurant-helped-bills-receiver-isaiah-mckenzie-diversify-his-portfolio-on-and/article_7ac080c0-1891-11ec-8287-97813933d758.html 'lil Dirty may just be the current Bill I'd most like to have dinner with. He just sounds like a good time. The article talks a lot about La Traila and how it got started, but has some stuff about McKenzie as a teammate: Let's hope there's a victory to add savor to the meal
  11. I'm pretty sure the Ravens did too - pinned their ears back and went man-2-man
  12. This sounds like a big concern with regard to injuries and so forth
  13. The point is, the "personal protector" is there for a reason. If you take away his role and actually assign him protectors, then you no longer have a functional punt formation. Might as well go for it on 4th down.
  14. If We Must. I really don't want to reprise the 72 page long Beasley's Tweets thread here. This tweet was in the Highmark Stadium thread that did get locked eventually, after it had drifted completely away from discussing the stadium policy and any issues that might underly it. I can't find it now but one guy responded asking if Beasley could buy tickets for himself and his 22 kids. 😝 It's Beasley and Reid Ferguson. https://buffalonews.com/sports/bills/bills-cole-beasley-reid-ferguson-buying-unvaccinated-fans-tickets-to-road-games/article_af01adb2-1730-11ec-9c5c-bb7090b42475.html https://www.si.com/nfl/2021/09/17/cole-beasley-reid-ferguson-offer-buy-unvaccinated-fans-tickets If Reid Ferguson is unvaccinated, I hope AJ Epenesa is working diligently on his LS skills, Just in Case.
  15. Whooopsie. "Be careful what you ask for" https://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/2021/09/bills-jon-feliciano-not-spiraling-after-tough-day-vs-cam-heyward-youre-gonna-get-got-sometimes.html Talk about letting your mouth write a check that your body can't cash Good for Jon if this motivates him and he can work harder and get things right.
  16. Sanders was traded from Denver to San Francisco during the 2019 season for a 3rd and a 4th round pick with a 5th back because SF thought a quality WR to pair with Samuel was a missing piece that would help lift the team. SF went 13-3 and got to the Superbowl that year. Arguably Sanders 50.2 ypg and 67.9% catch % had something to do with that. And a 3rd and 4th, even with a 5th in change, is a pretty good price to pay for a half-year rental of a 32 yr old guy who "teams are quick to move on from". It's rumored the Bills had tried to trade for him but didn't want to pay that price. After that, though, Sanders was a FA. It's rumored again that the Bills were interested but traded for Diggs instead, so he chose to go to NO and have Drew Brees throwing to him instead of Jimmy Garappolo. I'm not sure what lay behind releasing Sanders this off-season, but they cleared $6.4M of cap by releasing him and I believe they were tight on the cap.
