  1. the post I was responding to said "demand access to their private email and social media history? "
  2. The thing is, he’s done it before. The Ravens are one of those teams (like the Chiefs) where a several score lead in the 4th is not safe Ask the Browns last season
  3. Well, I don’t know where you work, but today’s HS kids are being counseled about their social media and how it can linger forever and influence future opportunities. Im told some companies request access to social media as part of hiring
  4. I noticed. 4 passes to Andrews on a 7 play drive (counting the 2 pt)
  5. Indy D what TF? At least make the Poe-Birds work for it!
  6. Yes, and quite reasonably actually. 20/29, 329 yds, 2 TDs 0 INTs early in the 4th Q
  7. Read the post above yours. "Investigation into the Washington Football Team's Workplace Culture" Most businesses of any size archive emails, including received sent and deleted emails, for a loooooong time.
  8. TBH I could be wrong, that was how I interpreted something I read When you "piss in the bosses' Wheaties", you enable the possibility the boss will push your face into that bowl. (Translation: that's not the most farfetched suggestion I've heard)
  9. Worse than Ducasse-Groy or Bodine-Miller-Mills? Srsly? Jordan Palmer didn't help Darnold too much when he was being coached by Gase and playing for the Jets Perhaps Wilson will be fine. Above is leaving out rush yards and rush TDs (135 and 2 TD for Allen, 22 and 0 TD for Wilson) Also leaving out the fact that Allen was considered too raw to start and in fact was taking 3rd team snaps all preseason, until McCarron got traded, Peterman shat the bed, and Allen got thrown to the wolves.
  10. I personally thought the RTP was a correct and justified call according to the NFL rules and how they've been being enforced. Clark had both hands around Allen's lower body, lifted it, threw him down and landed full body weight on top of him. That would be a penalty if the ball is there or not. I thought the Oliver RTP call was a bit more tenuous Of course I thought holding call on Morse was "phantom"
  11. One of the stories on this said "from ESPN", but that may have been a misunderstanding of what's out there, I dunno. As @JoPoy88 says, I don't think it really matters.
  12. Was it the trainers, or was it as part of the earlier investigation into personal conduct in the WFT organization?
  13. I think the phrase we used to have for this sort of behavior was "p*ssing in the Boss's Wheaties" You don't need to be very bright to figure out that if you're involved in the business of football, using that sort of language in writing (or from your work email account) about the NFL Commissioner is a "career limiting move"
  14. depends upon the contract language, but quite possibly (if he resigns vs. being fired "at will" vs being fired for cause/conduct unbecoming)
  15. Shouldn't Tampa Bay be on there - defending Superbowl champs/Brady? I'm a bit concerned about the next game. I felt a factor in the KC AFCCG loss was that the Bills D played fast, hard and physical and put it all out there against the Ravens, then perhaps left their "party hats" on a bit too long leading into the AFCCG. Hopefully the team will show more poise and will truly flush this win at 7 am tomorrow and "On to the Titans!" I think it may help that some guys on D were inactive this game, and some on offense were almost silent. Perhaps they will be fresh, and motivated to "Go Off" next week.
  16. I'll say this. I've had my stretches, as a fan, of blaming the refs. But those were usually in the stretches when we had a mediocre team and a couple of calls against us could deflate us and we'd lose. I had my epiphany watching the Eagles defeat the Patriots**** in the Superbowl. Whatever happened, whatever wierd calls there were, they just kind of rolled their eyes and kept going hard, and they won. So if the Chiefs are doing the "we lost due to those horrible calls, Boo Hoo" thing, what does that say for where they're at as a team?
  17. I appreciate that viewpoint, but "Play stupid games, Win stupid prizes"
  18. This is an astute observation. Last season, nearly half of Mahomes passing yards were YAC. 2267 out of 4740. So far this season, overall that's true again. My eyeballs say: Not Last Night. Any completions that were made, got run over by a swarm of Bison Edit: Mahomes YPA bear that out. 5 YPA. Typical for Mahomes are 8+ YPA
  19. Some were, Yes. Others you could tell by his facial expression and head motions after the throw, did not go as he intended
  20. When we have film we can slo-mo and look carefully at, I think a bunch of those were hit But yes, when a great QB is under pressure and uncomfortable it’s amazing how he “regresses”
  21. ‘Truth, and I hope he will do it again And again
  22. It's not as good as the Buffalo Bills PR after the Ravens game
