  1. Virgil is off opining about the level of fan support 1. Nah. You’ve just forgotten what some of them were like 2. Agreed
  2. Life without Good King Hal for the Titans Still without Von Miller for the Rams
  3. I was thinking that same - do we know yet how serious?
  4. We pretty conclusively showed last season that we simply don’t have the speed at RB to get outside He is, and they tried him in the Steelers game and he got 4 yds on 4 carries. So either he’s lost a step or they concluded the rest of the ingredients he needs weren’t there
  5. I think both Brown and Knox are likely to be back next week. Both have been at practice, working with trainers on the sideline and are said to be “trending in the right direction”. They will both have missed 2 games, and if they were expected to miss 3 they would have likely been IR’d It does, but Man
  6. A fair point. But at the same point I think we should look hard at the PS of every team in the league with a good to great OL. Because it seems more and more obvious that Ford isn’t who we thought he was. Dawkins and Williams aren’t who they were last season.
  7. Those aren’t all starters on that lengthy IR list If “half the starters” are on IR, should be 22 names Yes, the Ravens have lost some serious skill players, and are playing very well Feliciano on IR, meaning playing backups at 3 OL positions and TE Two guys who played but went into the game “questionable”
  8. Appreciate the kind words, PatsFanNH. It’s a mob here, though. The pitch is hot, the pitchforks are in tune, and the hemp has a noose knot
  9. Who are the Ravens starters who are on IR? They do have some, but half? C’Mon.

  11. We drafted 2 OLman in the 3rd and 5th round We signed 2 OLmen who had shown ability to play in the league (Forrest Lamp, 2017 2nd round pick who has struggled against injuries but started 16 games at LG for the. Chargers last year and Jamil Douglas, 2015 4th round pick who played 29 games in the last 2 years for Tenn (started 5). It’s apparently not what you wanted (what did you want?) but it’s not “refused to address” either. We have in the past found PS guys who have come in and played better than our starters, but I was hoping we didn’t have to go that route any more
  12. Imma bet that when the game film comes out we will see slant routes. Josh Allen called it accurately. Said something in a presser a few weeks back after a win to the effect of “ you win, you’re the best, you’re on top of the world. You lose, you need to fire people and rebuild everything” Sounds as though he called it.
  13. Relatively healthy to the tune of starting 2 backups on OL and one out of position
  14. Pretty sure Bates has come in at guard several times. I don’t know what’s up with Williams, but he seemed to be a better player at RT last season than he is this season; maybe he was “playing for a contract”. Same is true of Dawkins. They may be looking at Jamil Douglas at G this week. He did start for Tennessee.
  15. I dunno about Bates. But Williams at RT, Ford at RG, and Boettger at LG ARE our backups
  16. I dunno. Not that they announced but he had a couple good runs then he quit. Maybe he banged up something and just kept playing. Guess we’ll find out this next week
  17. I’m gonna bet when I look at the game film or when Cover1 comes out with some analysis there will be seen to be slants.
  18. The worst thing about games like this, is they bring out the Full Bore Revisionist History Teller played in 2018 when Teflon Juan Castillo was the OL coach. He was traded to Cleveland at the end of the 2019 presean, not because he was playing poorly but because they were trying to ensure they had a proven NFL center on the roster with Morse on the concussion list, so they kept Spencer Long (they didn’t realize at the time that Feliciano and Bates could play center) So Teller never played a down for Bobby Johnson as his OL coach. This is now the 2nd year where IMHO Beane should look himself in the face and say “I should have done more” on OL - the other being 2017. But being realistic, we are down to our 2nd string at 3 different positions across the OL. Most OLs don’t look too good when you’re playing backups at 3 positions.
  19. That, plus Josh and the OL played as though they’d been up all night worrying about the Covid test in the am Either that, or slamming Tequila shots while they couldn’t sleep
  20. Just me but would like Sanders to spend less time gushing about Josh in pressers and more time catching the ball in games. Whatever that takes Otherwise Free Davis
  21. Prediction only counts as such when you make it ahead of time. No one predicted this.
  22. Several threads discussing similar topics and not enough substance in the OP C’mon guys your every vague undeveloped unsubstantiated thought is not a pearl of wisdom requiring its own thread
  23. There are two threads about Daboll and no substance in the OP C’mon guys
