  1. I know we all want to vent, but 1) keep it clean 2) keep it civil 3) please stay off the Covid and Politics -The league’s rules Are What they Are
  2. I think this is a knee-jerk game time reaction “we’re losing, let’s fire McDermott” disguised as a poll
  3. But seriously, Other than that Mrs Lincoln, what do you think of this crew?
  4. Erik Turner of Cover1 did a video on this where he pointed out we have really not seen much of Bates as a G vs C or T I'm not sure about that, but in any event the conclusion was Bates may be a better BU C or T then a G
  5. This is not the same Colts DL that gave us fits in the playoffs - Justin Houston and Denico Autry were a big loss even with drafting Paye. We know that Buckner is a total Animal. Stewart is solid, and can seize his opportunites if Buckner is doubled. The question is whether Kwity Paye looked great the last 2 games because they were playing the Jets and Jacksonville or because the "rookie switch" has flipped for him.
  6. It's temporary restrictions on new members. It's been pointed out to the Green Men that it would be helpful to explain what these restrictions are and why these are in place but I can only suggest. You may have them as well in which case it won't work I think hamstrings are a particularly tricky injury to manage, next to groin injuries, because they're easy to re-injure and aggrevate.
  7. Right, that's why they have Cole Beasley playing on a broken leg and on (at best) a massive rib contusion (at worst) or breaks and Dawson Knox playing 3 weeks out from surgery on a broken hand that's still swollen I'm pretty sure if you PM him, he can reply. No promises though. Works that way for me but I'm "different"
  8. 10 questions with Joe B. "You think Cody Ford is starting?" 2. A blow to ST (Kumerow inactive) 3. Will the OL give Josh enough time to hit deep routes? 4. How do you scheme to stop Taylor with Star and Edmunds out? IMO, the Bills didn't activate Bryant or another DL because they view Basham as a part-time 3TDT as well 5. RB split? 6. Would you be surprised to see Bates at RT? 7. I feel like Jet sweeps and running side to side can help the OL a little bit today 8. So if we don't score 40 we are losing 9. Do we see the LBs over committing on play action again in hopes of selling out to stop the run like they did against Tenn? If not, how do we contain Taylor without crashing down on every play 10. Do you think they will use Dawson to help the OL block today?
  9. And look which starting QB is wearing a little mask on his way into the stadium like an unvaxxed son-of-a-gun
  10. The Covids. No definitive info I've seen on vaxxed, unvaxxed, contact or positive test. Thinking is it's a positive test and he's unvaxxed because, his Instagram swings that way plus photo on the sideline a month ago wearing mask
  11. I thought they were trying, they were just impotent. Their D tried, especially in the first half. They just got nothing on offense. I don't understand why Matt Ryan is still playing for that team. A lesser man would develop plantar fasciitis
  12. OK, some of us didn't get the memo, but thanks for the info! Edited for consistent style with prev. weeks. https://www.audacy.com/wgr550/sports/bills/capaccio-colts-at-bills-sals-keys-notes-and-stats?utm_campaign=sharebutton&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_term=WGRAM 1) OL 2) Contain Taylor 3) Give aways/Take aways. Considering many here on the board seem to think it's horrific and to write as though the Bills have no chance, that would be Bad
  13. It really doesn't confirm that. This has been discussed in the Spencer Brown thread. We're pretty sure he has Covid and is not a close contact, because of teammate interview comments about checking on his health "not being as bad as it could have been" If he came back sooner, it would prove he was unvaccinated, but the rule for a vaccinated player is "48 hrs no symptoms, 2 negative tests 24 hrs apart OR no symptoms, 10 days, whichever is first." And someone with a symptomatic infection may well still test positive after 10 days - the reason they exempt players who have been infected from testing for 90 days.
  14. Buffalo Rumblings Q&A with a Colts guy from Stamped Blue. https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2021/11/20/22792138/bills-vs-colts-five-questions-with-stampede-blue Some interesting points from the perspective of a Colts fan Wentz: What do the Colts need to improve? Conclusion
  15. Subtlety You keep using that word I do not think it means what you think it means
  16. Oh, good eyes - you're right Last time I was in Canada (2019) I saw a Mexican restaurant serving Poutine tacos. It was breakfast time and we didn't go back for lunch.
  17. Being discussed in another thread. Please scan the board briefly before starting a thread.
  18. My PTSD is from the Tennessee game, actually, but I suppose since they're now leading the AFC by 2 games, they might be a better team than I thought at the time we played them. OK, yeah, the Jax game added to the pile. I hope you're right
