Why? He was a very successful college HC. We're essentially a spread offense this year. If there's one thing Meyer showed over and over he knew how to do, it's contain a spread offense. He basically sketched it out in his presser that week. OK, it's still embarrassing that we failed to see what they were doing on defense and make successful adjustments, but I think the close score (tied 6-6 at halftime) lulled us into a false view that we'd wear them down and come out in the 2nd half. So OK, you've persuaded me. We should be highly embarrassed to lose to them.

I didn't make a study of it (surprised if I hear that you did) but the point is, the place has far more good reviews than bad, or they wouldn't average 4 1/2 stars with only a handful of Dec. reviews ~ Mahomes bro issue. When I sorted them by "most recent", the first bad review is "bad service" this fall, while restaurants/bars are struggling to find servers in MO. The next bad review is January of 2021 and complains that the restaurant refused to serve a group of girls who walked in at 10 pm, and closed when the posted hours on the web page were midnight. This was during a Covid surge in KC and I believe bars were mandated to close at 10 pm. So I don't know how you conclude that "none are related to Covid staffing issues". Sounds to me like confirmation bias at best All restaurants I'm familiar with have 1 star and 2 star yelp reviews, including restaurants where I've always had great service.

Erik Turner makes that point in the video clip I linked: "where is Josh looking after the snap?"

Good point

Um, I don't think that's what happens. Look again. The end zone view shows it more clearly. Dawkins totes loses his guy Big Time and pursues him. In the process, he unintentionally "picks" Boettger, which allows Boettger's guy to get off the block

I don't think it's that high, and at times when Josh does need to run, it's because he's trying to wait for something to develop. But it happens a lot and very quickly, too. Erik Turner made a note of the impact:

I guess, if it can be substantiated....Meyer says it didn't happen like that "“Josh’s (Lambo) characterization of me and this incident is completely inaccurate, and there are eyewitnesses to refute his account,” Meyer said. “

What's creepy about that song? Lots of other words yes, but creepy? I nominate: "Every Breath You Take" -The Police. Stalker. "Run for Your Life" - The Beatles. Abusive. they're both so upbeat and cheerful until you listen to the lyrics

https://www.nfl.com/news/urban-meyer-fired-as-jaguars-head-coach Just curious...why do you see that story as the "tipping point"?

Whoaoa! Confirmed that is actually the real Adam Schefter account, with the little blue "verified" checkmark and everything.

Why on earth combine ratings from 2 different organizations and in the ratio 2/3 to 1/3? Is there any rationale for this?

A Breakdown of the Failed Fake Punt vs the Buccaneers
Hapless Bills Fan replied to HoofHearted's topic in The Stadium Wall
So what do you think happened there? Matakevich was kind of key on the blocked punt in the Steelers game too. Man has One Job - Special Teams. Did he lose his block or did he come off? Either way, Thanks for the great breakdown I kind of agree with the guys who say...if you're going to Go For It, let the best players on the field Go For It, and that would be the offense.
