  1. Not sure if thats a 'positive thing' when defending Brandon Anyone who has been around this past decade should be gone.
  2. Holmgren should be brought in to run the show.
  3. 8 in a row AFC East games, 11 in a row against 3-4 defenses. 10 years with no playoff appearances. Cant even remember the last playoff win. Jauron's 2-23 record vs. teams with winning records here. I believe 15 years since the last Division Title (with most years at 25% odds) Broken Broken Broken it goes much deeper than Jauron IMO. Nuke the FO.
  4. the only folks who approve are Browns fans hoping he hangs on until at least Sunday
  5. Nuke the FO. Bring in Holmgren to run the show
  6. Ive been in the camp all along. Jauron shouldnt simply be fired. Nothing gets fixed. That front office MUST be nuked. No more Brandon, Modrak, or Guy for starters
  7. Is it him? Or does the O-Line have more to do with it? Is it coaching? Who knows. Something is completely broke, and most likely many aspects of the team and coaching staff. We need someone who knows what they are doing to take over the football department and fix this mess
  8. Oh we did. Last season. Some genius decided to put the game up in front of a soul-less Toronto crowd
  9. actually, no. I remember a lot of big, great games between Miami and Buffalo, but only because they were the only competition in a cupcake Division for a number of years. Cleveland and Pittsburgh would provide great, long-lasting geographical rivalries. I dunno, maybe Im just sour due to a crippling losing streak within the Division.
  10. Im aware of all that (and witnessed a lot as well). But it means nil now. So Miami feasted on Buffalo for the 70's... and both teams happened to be good in the 90's. If Miami was as good as the Colts or Pats were in the 90's, the rivalry would have died sooner. Its similar to the Pats/Colts rivalry. It was a huge deal for a long time, still may be big if both teams end up fighting for the AFC... but down the road, when Manning and Brady are gone, it wont mean much to anyone. I wasnt upset at all Miami won the Division last year. IMO the last realignment was a good opportunity and time to turn the page on the old 'rivalries' and join up with the Browns and Steelers.
  11. When the NFL realigned, I really wanted them to move into a Division which included Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Better rivalries would be formed. Miami/Buffalo is the dumbest thing ever
  12. I went into the Denver game last season hoping Denver would win (for a pick and possible changes)..... Once the game was on though, I was just as rabid as ever. "i cant stay mad at you, Bills"
  13. like I said previously though. The crowd was pretty loud and irate when Edwards ran off the field. People then immediately headed for the exits in droves before the punt was even off. It was a lot more than the crowd trying to 'convince' the HC to go for it... people were pissed, and many knew at that moment, the game was over.
  14. If you take out the Jets, by this logic the Bills have a cakewalk until December 20th.
  15. I believe the case is a little stronger if they are up by 12-16 points and a field goal will definitely end it.
  16. if the bills blow it, will that be the end of jauron?
  17. If things get worse, TO will have something to say. The remarkable thing is that for the first time, all the fans and likely local media will have TO's back at that point.
  18. i dunno, the entire crowd was pretty irate immediately when Edwards started to run off the field. It was almost unanimous and way before anyone heard what the media had to say. The only person near me who liked the move happened to be wearing a Saints jersey.
  19. 2 wins would ease the complaints for sure.
  20. Gotta go for it. 100% certain. If you trust your defense so much, you can trust them to hold New orleans to a field goal if the 4th and 1 isnt converted. Then its still a 2 score game. Punting the ball there gave complete control to New Orleans to cruise to an easy win. The entire game rides on Buffalo driving down and scoring on that possession.
  21. I guess the challenge is in AVP's hands to spread the ball out.
  22. there is something horribly wrong. Dont know what it is, but Edwards is a suspect. Fine and Reed get thrown to like 30 times. Again. Schoumann was thrown to until his legs got broke.
  23. would he really take a limo?
  24. the sooner the better. a new coach/gm could evaluate and implement this season, even if its lost. RW talks about continuity.... its retty clear Jauron is an enemy of winning. get rid of him and Brandon now
  25. there is a lot of reason to be hopeful by the way. The guard is changing in both the AFC East and the AFC. The juggernauts dont exist in the AFC like they used to. The balance of power seems to be shifting again to the NFC. The door will be open for the Bills and we have to see how the young guys develop here.
