  1. Lamar Jackson stinks. Shouldn't get mvp. Baltimore was an undisciplined mess. Some really awful infractions. Knuckleheaded and unnecessary
  2. How come kelce can follow the ravens back toward the d huddle starting crap, then someone shoves him and they get a penalty. Unfair
  3. I don't like it. Would like a better coordinator for offense Can't wait for the extra tackle and run cook into a brick wall predictably every first down next season They didn't even try
  4. Lamar almost certainly wins it due to the overwhelming narrative/consensus. I dont really agree with it. Josh Allen should be the MVP IMO, not even being a homer. Just to show I am not biased, I think the next best case should go to Tyreek Hill. There is tangible evidence that Miami goes from Super Bowl contenders to a clown show depending on Hill's health/availability. To me, any Raven or 49er isnt much of a consideration, just because those offenses are systemic machines and various parts could be replaced. I would give it to CMC over Lamar. Dak? Uh, no.
  5. When McDermott was here in the first year, Brandon was still worming around trying to do his meddling, and McDermott swiftly told Pegula to get him far away from him and the football stuff and Pegula complied.
  6. It is an unserious franchise. And Bills fans need to heed this warning. Be careful what you wish for in Pegula changing management. The Sabres are the worst-run team in pro sports, and it is not close. Somehow, McDermott and Beane keep Pegula's bungling insulated from the product. McDermott also finally exorcized the Russ Brandon demon.
  7. The defcon level was far lower than I would have expected
  8. Bass is our guy. I'm sure he wishes he made the field goal with every fiber of his being It's disgusting to come at him on social media and even worse to issue threats.
  9. I feel fine. Allen is great. We have accumulated some decent young pieces in Kincaid, Cook, Torrence, Bernard, Benford, and Shakir (if he takes another step, lookout). There are a lot of contract/cap issues coming up this season and it may have to be somewhat transitional, but even then I have faith that Allen could get them to a wild card and could get on a heater in the playoffs if healthy. After that, if things are done correctly, we could be on another decent window. They really do need to get some weapons at WR though. 9 Picks this season and possibly some compensatories coming our way. Priorities: Wide Receiver(s) Safety(s) 1 Tech DT Future C. Edge Plan on the softest landing on transitioning away from Knox, White, Von, Diggs, Hyde, and Poyer. Hoping Gabe walks.
  10. The public facing side of a head coach is a politician and a Grease man. After a big loss he is going to buffer his team the best he can. It might not always be the most satisfying thing to hear, but it is what needs to be done. From what I heard, he said offense was good, defense and special teams were a problem. I don't have a huge problem with coaching in this game. In the parking lot, unanimously we knew this game was a huge uphill climb with the injuries and short week. I really hate the stacked formation predictable 1st down cook runs into a brick wall for -1 to 1 yard that they have been obsessed with since the Chargers game. That cost them in the 4th quarter/2nd half. The concerning thing out of this game was how they successfully killed off the majority of the 4th quarter and had the game where they wanted it at the 2 minute warning. The next 2-3 plays were death. Not sure where that falls, whether it's McDermott, Brady, or allen. If the bills did the right thing there and scored a td with 25 seconds left and the chiefs no timeouts, the national media would be all over josh allen changing of the guard, and also McDermott coached a genius game keeping his beleaguered defense off the field vs mahomes
  11. What % of Allen's interceptions were Davis passes this season?
  12. It was a fun ride.
  13. I am pretty excited that we have Kincaid and Shakir. Shakir really broke out and could be in line for a HUGE season in 2024. If they can get Diggs back into form and add the right style WR in the draft, along with Cook, along with continuity on the offensive line, we could be in really good shape. So yeah, Kincaid, Shakir, and Allen.
  14. I say no. The Bills were running on fumes. 7 weeks of must-win playoff football has taken a toll, while most playoff teams got to rest their starters in Week 18, and Baltimore enjoyed 2 weeks off.
  15. The Bills had someone who was packing up their family camper for a trip to Key West 2 weeks ago installed as the staring MLB assigned to cover travis Kelce.
  16. Last year was easy because the Bengals came in, beat their butts, and deserved to win. Cant get upset about that This isn't easy because the Bills had the game in the palm of their hand, through all the adversity, and failed to execute when it mattered. Good teams come through after the 2 minute warning there with a touchdown. So many unfair narratives are going to be borne from this game as well with Allen and Mahomes.
  17. I dont blame Bass for the loss, but he has been a problem all season.
  18. I think its fair. I thought he stunk. If I see another 1st down Cook run into a sea of bodies on a predictable run on the same identical formation for between -1 and 1 yard, I'm going to scream
  19. Brady needs to go. First down play calling has be
  20. Modest success in the MAC followed by maybe some learning and introspection in P5. It sounds like a decent choice considering where the program is
  21. one of my better memories of the drought years was when the crowd would chant "MVP" at Moorman after a fake punt
  22. Christian Okoye
  23. I woke up last night and I was standing at the lip of the pit. Was really unsettling
  24. There was one at the Sabres game last week
  25. Watching superbowl XI right now in its entirety. This is terrific.
