This dolphins game is bills/Browns drought 6-3 bad -
It looks like even if Allen got a clean handoff and was able to progress into the pocket, he was going to get immediate pressure/death. I just dont get it. Its like a 3-second shotgun snap. Youre just wasting time to get the ball in Allen's hands. Plus, making him a RB and open season. There is no precedent of Samuel running the ball out of the wildcat, nor throwing passes. It was the least tricky play next to Brady's 2nd down James Cook runs into the pile.

Defense Playing Undermanned Due To Performance Issues.
May Day 10 replied to Buffaloflash's topic in The Stadium Wall
I have said it in a few threads, but Hamlin's physical limitations jumped out of the TV last night. He looked like a little kid out there... and he is slow. Also seemed a day late and a dollar short on every play. Almost like he was avoiding the carnage. -
Yes, I agree. A Dolphins loss would be great... and even-better a Jets loss vs the Vikings. If the Bills can win in NY in 2 weeks, that would likely put a nice lead up, with having won the road games at the 2 biggest contenders and with a 1 or 2 game lead. The Division would be firmly in the Bills' grasp (even if they lost to the Texans).

The Jets look punchless. Rodgers looks like an old man, with very limited mobility. He was limping badly at the end of yesterday's game. Breece Hall looks sus as well right now. The Jets' defense could probably keep them competitive in the game, as they have in the past. I do feel more confident about these next 2 games than I did coming into the season.

9/29/2024 Bills @ Ravens post game thread
May Day 10 replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
It was clear that they got pushed around on both sides... but especially on defense. They are not physically equipped for a game like that. Most notably, sadly, Damar Hamlin. He looked like a kid out there. Not only that, he seems really slow as well. I appreciate the story and the man, but I would think that almost any other off-the-street safety (including Hyde) would be better than Hamlin. -
The bills were out-angried and overmatched physically. Same formula as the Cincinnati games

I like the idea of drawing the front 7 defenders over, along with some backs, i think i even saw a beer vendor in there, some Baltimore orioles, Edgar Allen poe, with damar chasing from behind and losing ground.... then handing the ball off to your franchise in an awkward spot, nowhere to run, with no protection. Great plan. It's like a 10 year old kid drew it up

I can't get over this. The Ravens were reeling. The bills were driving. Completely unnecessary and out of place -

Maybe because he is actually a running back on that play. All part of Brandy's genius. Just try to kill our qb -

I don't think they even can at this point due to so many recent large deals they handed out. It'll take 4 years to get out of this mess. This team for a couple weeks looked to further push the NFL into a boutique league where you can just get speed, speed, speed, have a madden player book-smart coach who breaks the mold, and turn the sport into a track meet. It turns out, that fell on its face In order to remain competitive, you need a renewable flow of good, intelligent, and hungry individuals you accumulate through drafts, UDFAs, and scrap heap. A star QB is huge, but not 100% necessary, as there are more capable people at that position than ever. It seems super important to have a stable, durable, skilled Offensive line. Above all, you need a head coach who motivates everyone to be their best, prepare, and stick their necks out for the team. Need speed, but also toughness. McDaniel and the Dolphins represent none of that, and have pretty much done the opposite.
