  1. So Marv Levy actually did something positive for this team...
  2. Looking at the schedule now, while we know more about how many teams are panning out this year, I see opportunity for some win streaks, and definitely a playoff run. Was-we come back from the bye week and a loss determined, its another close one (surprise) but we pull this one out. W NYJ-Back at home, the weathers starting to get bad, they're excited to play. The Jets keep it close for a while but we pull away in the later half of the game. W @Dal-Haven't played well on the road and Dallas's offense man-handles our D. Our offense scores but its not good enough. L @Mia-Divisional opponent, coming off a loss, we kick the crap out of em. W @NYJ-I figured we'd split games with the Jets this year and I'm sticking with it. L Ten-Three game road streak comes to an end and we win another one at home. W @SD-Could go either way but I'll play it conservatively and say Rivers cuts us up. L Mia-We sweep the horrible Dolphins this year. W Den-Early to say, who knows if Tebow will turn this team around, I say he doesn't yet, and the Broncos can't stop Freddy. W @NE-We play our hearts out, but the Pats don't lose at home and they take this one from us. L I tried to be as realistic as possible while still being a Bills fan. To be honest I see all these games as going either way with the style we've been playing. But 6-4 is definitely not impossible and 10-6 could be enough for the playoffs this year.
  3. Look I love Fitz as much as the next fan but we need to be realistic, we can improve on him, pretty substantially in my opinion. Not to mention he'd be a great mentor to a young guy.
  4. Haha I know a lot of conservatives and I haven't heard it called satanic too many times.
  5. For the first time in a few years my family all got together and had a good old fashion pumpkin carving. This is how they turned out, I'm personally responsible for the "Fear the Beard."
  6. I just disagree with this, adding mature veterans with playoff/super bowl experience is a good thing for a young team.
  7. Bottom line is the Bills need to go out and prove themselves every week, we aren't the Lions, Fitz isn't Stafford and Stevie isn't Calvin Johnson. I have confidence this coaching staff will put together a season that if all things go correctly will take us to the playoffs.
  8. Our o-line, at the rate it is currently playing which is all we have to really judge it by, is top 5 in the NFL. We have one of the least sacked QBs and one of the best rushers in the league, call it scheme or w/e you want, that's cause our boys up front are tearing it up. Football starts on the offensive and defensive line, everything else can only happen smoothly as a result of what happens on the initial contact. Wood is a freak, so is Levitre, those are two of our best draft picks in years yet they get overlooked because they're offensive lineman. Freddy and Fitz are half the players, probably less, with the Bears o-line.
  9. Fred Jackson Eric Wood Andy Levitre Nick Barnett Jarius Byrd That's my list so far.
  10. You're joking right? Did you watch the game yesterday?
  11. Please just stop being a Bills fan, forever. Thanks.
  12. I think its fine for a week, but for a quarter of the regular season? Come on now.
  13. I'd be starting Henderson over Sproles, Torrey Smith I'd wait another week, everything else seems good though.
  14. I remember him nailing Urlacher I think, he was the lead blocker. I'll try to find the video.
  15. This x100, no problem with it because in the end we won the game. The Byrd penalty was silly, and Barnett is allowed to finish a tackle in my opinion.
  16. Oh and btw we have the highest scoring offense in the league after week 2...
  17. Anyone watch Sportscenter this morning? Pretty extensive Bills coverage featuring an entire segment on the team and a discussion on the match-up with the Pats. Nicknamed us the "No-Name Bills" and had a part where Fitz, Freddy, and Stevie all said where they were from and "Nice to meet you." Just wanted to share this with anyone who missed it cause I thought it was really cool, now lets beat the Pats and become the Recognized Bills. Also the "Amish Rifle" is starting to catch on, which is my favorite name of all time. GO BILLS!
  18. Its been confirmed Stevie and Fitz are in contract talks, Freddy's got two years left so they're probably securing both those guys before they worry about Freddy. He will get paid, this FO has yet to let a talented player walk, unless you wanna count Poz but...well...yeah.
  19. I don't ever recall Trent throwing 7TDs in two games, running the spread effectively, or any game winning drives with 3 minutes left. Not saying Fitz couldn't fall off, but it just seems he's a much more confident player than Trent. Edit: Correction, he is a much more confident player than Trent.
