Thanks for your thoughts..
Note that Marpet is off the FA list as re-signed with the Bucs.,
Tyrell Williams and Paradis would be my wet dream.., they are going to be two of the most in demand free agents this off season so I’d probably be happy getting one of them..
Excellent catch, please substitute Ramon Foster instead of Marpet
-
I think the Bills have needs that dovetail nicely with the available free agents. With the cap space available I sign 3 of our own.
Lorenzo Alexander
Jordan Phillips
Jordan Mills
Then add:
C - Matt Paradies
RT - Darryl Williams
OG - Ali Marpet
TE - Jessie James
WR - Tyrell Williams
RB - TJ Weldon
OLB - Anthony Barr
Cutting:
Charles Clay
Vlad Ducasse
Chris Ivory
Patrick DiMarco
Then going into the draft this would be our roster:
QB
Allen
Barkley
RB
McCoy
Murphy
Yeldon
Ford
WR
Tyrell Williams
Robert Foster
Zay Jones
Issiah McKenzie
TE
Jesse James
Jason Crook
Logan Thomas
OL
Duon Dawkins
Ali Marpet
Matt Paradies
Wyatt Teller
Darryl Williams
Jordan Mills
Russell Bodine
20 Players on offense
3 Special teams
DT
Jordan Phillips
Harrison Phillips
Star Leteoulai
DE
Robert Hughes
Shaq Lawson
Trent Murphy
LB
Tremaine Edmunds
Matt Milano
Lorenzo Alexander
Anthony Barr
Julian Sanford
CB
Tre White
Levi Wallace
Tauron Johnson
S
Micah Hyde
Jordan Piyer
Rafael Bush
Siran Neal
18 defensive players
Total number of roster plays is 41, we have 10 draft choices to add and obviously other players on the roster to fill out the team.
Based on the projected 41, how would you do the draft assuming we are drafting 10th
Projected Draft Order
1 Cardinals
2. 49ers
3. Raiders
4. Jets
5. Lions
6. Jaguars
7. Falcons
8. Bucs
9. Giants
10. Bills
Sorry for the long post but lot of research and setting up roster to define positions of need.
Thanks for the read and your feedback.

Iowa St. WR Hakeem Butler, who reminds me a lot of AJ Green, is set to declare for the draft after tonight's Alamo Bowl. Tune in to ESPN @ 9:00pm to watch him and the Cyclones take on Washington St.
Would love him in round 2
-
I read their was an issue between McCoy and McDermott causing Lesean to be benched for the first series.
I further read that the Bills only take a 2.6 million Cap hit if he is released or traded in the offseason.
Honestly at 31 his best days are past and looking at the future why not conside Bell for 3 years to 45 to 48 million, he is 27, fresh after a year off and coming to a team that will have a new and improved offensive line and a ton of draft picks.
Ive read Bell is looking at the Colts but the Colts have Marlon Mack and he is good, young and cost effective. I think our biggest challenger will be the Jets who could offer comparable money with a slightly better offensive situation but not as many picks due to last years trade up.
Bell on a three year deal is something I would consider. What about you.

I like most of you’re thoughts, but if we can get Jonah from Alabama, he looks to be a sure thing as a tackle.
I think he is a bit small and may have hit his ceiling in college.
Prefer the OT from Florida.
In all honesty I would love either Josh Allen from Kentucky or Greedy Williams as the 1st round pick.
Want to go offensive line, TE and WR in free agency

This is a football topic, nobody cares about your ideologue political ideas from the left or the right. If you want to post political opinion lease do it on another topic.
Thank You
Just now, Bangarang said:Not a fan of paying Barr what it would cost to get him.
My plan for the draft is:
BPA
BPA
BPA
etc
Healthier then Clowney, great size and athleticism, would go great with Edmunds and Milano

Need a bonafide number one WR.
Need to make it happen some how.
I see Tyrell Williams and Robert Foster on the flanks and Zay in the Slot, McKenzie and Boldin as gadget guys
Fant as Kittle type TE
Just now, Buffalo Barbarian said:much rather have DT Dexter Lawrence who can be a special player with his size and athleticism. We have plenty of penetrating DTs
Dallas will Franchise him, DT Oliver will be stud run stopping penetrating DT
-
He's been replaced by McKenzie or Boldin
-
Assume Bills finish 6-10 and draft 8th.
Here are moves I make:
Dec 31st
Fire coaches Castillo & Crossman, Happy New Year
Roster Trimming: (Cuts)
Clay
DiMarco
Ducasse
McCloud
Ivory
Resign:
Alexander
Kyle Williams
McKenzie
Free Agency:
C - Matt Paradis
OT - Darryl Williams
LB - Anthony Barr
RB - TJ Yeldon
WR - Tyrell Williams
NFL DRAFT:
1st Round - DT - Ed Oliver
2nd Round - TE - Noah Fant
3rd Round - Best CB available
4th Round - RB Bryce Love & best OG
5th Round - Tall catch radius WR & Flex OT
6th Round - Blocking TE
7th Round - P
Then let's see how we look
-
This team has such limited offensive capabilities a two TD deficit is unrecoverable
-
My god a Patriot turnover. Oh well, Patriot offense to be back on the field after three more futile offensive plays and a punt
-
Terrible throw, this is awful, time to watch Giants-Colts
-
In run for the bus game mode today.
Should have forfeited to save player health
Oh well, why should I Complain, does improve our draft position.

It's both encouraging and a little discouraging. Encouraging in the sense that he's been able to be decent and show considerable promise with such trash around him. Discouraging that this is what the FO has after 2 offseasons, and that we need that same FO to fill so many holes with high quality players.
The o-line especially just needs a ton of work. Dawkins is really only an adequate starter at LT and while we hope Teller can be a starter, we don't really know that he can yet. And that's it. Everyone else on the o-line is horrific, including our "depth" guys.
With no salary cap space the offense is what you can afford.
100% certain there will be at least 2 OL signing and maybe 3, possibly one or two added in the draft. One RB, TE and WR in free agency and then draft best available in round 1 and fill needs with the rest
-
I believe this is a nice start to our receiving Corp. We have Foster as the deep threat to take the top of the defense, McKenzie is out slot guy and gadget guy, Jones needs to improve to make an impact on the 2019 roster. To me, I would add a large catch radius guy like Tyrell Williams to make it a solid group. In this way we could use our 1st round pick at an area of greater need.
Looking for your feedback.

Looking at 10th pick. If we stay their thinking WR from Arizona State in round 1, OT in Round 2, OG in round 3, RB and DT in round 4.

I hope Miami beats the Vikes, the Steelers beat the Pats then next weekend we throw the kitchen sink at the Pats and get a W. This scenario could set the stage for Miami to win the division and the Pats to not get a wild card. Yes, the stars have to align but wouldnt it be great?
NE will beat Bills and Jets, probably lose to Pittsburgh
Houston 2 seed, NE 3, Pitt 4, Chargers or Chiefs 1 and the other 5
Whats equally interesting is the potential for a 5 way tie at 8-7 with the following teams:
Titans
Ravens
Colts
Dolphins
Broncos
Bills could then end Dolphins dream in week 17
Hell ya

But....other than that....how do you feel about him???
Lazy bastard put no effort in here, if he balls out with KC it only proves all of his garbage in Buffalo was a pretext to be released.
It shows him as the gutless, character deficient micreant of a human piece of slime and I can only wish him misery until he becomes worm food.

That was nice throw and while he's patient he also has time in the pocket.
We have a KB sighting! Catch for 17 yards.
Screw him, hope he blows out both knees, rips his Achilles in each ankle, suffers from erectile dysfunction, and chokes on his own vomit while having explosive diarrhea while bleeding internally.
Outside of that Happy Holidays to him as I hope both Santa and his reindeer take a smelly dump in his fireplace.

Sign Tyrell Williams in FA, only 26 with speed and has size at 6’4” and draft either Metcalf or Brown imo.
I totally agree, with Williams, Foster, Zay and McKenzie we would have a solid group. If we can sign Darryl Williams the Carolina tackle, add Matt Paradis and another guard in FA, we can focus with a CB, DT if Kyle retires, another LB, RB, TE and S, would also draft another OT.
If Greedy Williams the LSU CB is available I would run up to the podium with the 1st round pick
With Tre and Greedy on the corners and Tauron in the slot with Hyde and Poyer at safety, wow.
Then an I think based on FA move, we need in order an OT, TE, LB, RB in rounds 2-4.
This is how I see things
-
Looking realistically the Bills will probably finish 6-10. Based on my schedule review here is how I see the teams finishing up:
49ers 3-13 - Nick Bosa
Raiders - 3-13 - Greedy Williams
Cardinals 4-12 - Quentin Williams
Jets 4-12 - Clelin Ferrell
Jaguars - Justin HERBERT
Falcons - 5-11 - Ed Oliver
Lions 5-11 - Josh Allen
Browns - 5-10-1- N'keal Harry
Bills 6-10 -
If the draft falls this way, who would you select assuming we do the following in FA
Before:
Position chance Dawkins to G
In FA
Sign -
C - Matt Parrades
T - Daryl Williams
WR - Tyrell Williams
These signings and moves would put together 4/5 of a really good offensive line, Mills could remain as swing back-up tackle, Bodine as back-up center, then would need to draft a T high in the draft
Signing Tyrell would give Bills a big #2 receivers with Robert Foster as deep speed guy, Zay Jones in the slot and Isaiah McKenzie working as the gadget guy.
Looking for your feedback.

Bills probably picking at 12 based on a 7-9 record.
Fant to me is an early 2nd round guy based in that he is not an in line TE due to lack of blocking skills.
Depending on FA signings and additions to line and WR, I would consider with a trade down to late 1st with the addition of a 2nd round pick

1st Round: Bryce Love
Running back out of Stanford good speed and good body awareness and vision.
2nd Round: Sam Mustipher
Cenrer our of Notre Dame good body control and agility fighting to avoid sacks and tackles for loss at the point of attack
3rd Round: LJ Scott
Bruising running back Michigan State for short yardage situations and jumbo packages at the goal line
4th Round (2 Picks)
Jalen Jelks
A bigger and healthier addition to the line backing and defensive end core. Which could help ease uncertainty with Trent Murphy facing recurring injuries. Out of University of Oregon
Mitchell Wilcox
Tight-end our of South Florida a competent replacement for Clay. Good body awareness and a target for Allen in the clutch.
Assuming the Bills end up 7-9, that should put us behind the following teams:
49ers
Raiders
Jets
Lions
Jaguars
Cardinals
Giants
Falcons
Buccaneers
Browns
Bills at 11
Needs before free agency would be CB, LB, OT, C, OG, WR, TE, RB
Hoping for WR, C and G during free agency, based on getting one of each of the above, I would probably go Kentucky LB/Edge Josh Allen, 6'5", 260 monster from Kentucky, Look for BPA in rounds 2-4. CB Deandre Baker would also catch my attention at 11 as would WR Harry from Arizona State or Riesner the OT from Kansas State
One of those picks would be a RB as per your draft. I don't like Bryce Love however.
This is my current thoughts.
