DJ plays for higher % / lower risk plays on average. His conservative style actually ends up leading to closer games that can be won for the most part in the 4th quarter. If you go back and watch most of the games, you'll never see the dagger come out on offense. That's why when we turn the ball over when trying to control the game, we lose a majority of the time. 4 turnovers by any one team in a game is almost a sure loss but when you get none back it spells true doom. Play for the win DJ, not the tie. Force the opposing defense to back up and make them chase you. All the successful teams press hard on offense or defense for the win, always foot on the gas. The quicker we play like that, the quicker we'll have a chance to win.
