I think we fail to put our players in spots where they can best succeed.

No real player wants to come to play on our team & it's more like a sentence to get drafted by us. Name one free-agent that wouldn't want to avoid our team, even if we are winning they refuse to come here (See Gonzo) Let's get on with the fact that we are going to have to save ourselves & do it alone.

SD at the beginning of the year wouldn't of been too far out of whack but after 3/4 of the way through with SD being 4-8, yeah that's messed up.

I never said, I am just pointing out that he's been clutch all year. Being consistent helps you win and I can safely say that none of our players were that consistent.
