Jim McMahon was a great QB until was he body slammed on a pass and his shoulder got messed up, Kerry is not. You also have weigh in "sweetness" Walter Payton in there, so as of now it's tough to compare them.
Well this explains alot.......
Along with a lot of Bills fans I was scratching my head as to why Marshawn Lynch was not in the game for the team’s first goal line series in the first quarter. No offense to Fred Jackson, but Lynch has a good nose for the end zone in close.
Head coach Dick Jauron explained that Lynch had just taken a shot to the head prior to the goal line series.
“Marshawn got dinged a little bit, so we were looking at him,” said Jauron. “Our trainers were looking at him. We like them both there, but Marshawn is bigger. That’s the reason. I’m not saying Freddy wouldn’t have been in there anyway, but we didn’t have the option at that point.”

Farve is not going to get a chance to breathe this week, they are going after him full in a big way. I just got a IM that said take down farve was the plan.
On the road, you take the points. We we're able to go ahead on 2 drives because of those 3 points being there.
That being said, I still believe that FG's are crutches that weak teams use to keep it close & our red zone production has left something to be desired the past so many weeks.
I forgive you and understand your testyness. It's just that after being at the game and talking with the coaches and some of the players just before the game, I found that they didn't take Miami serious enough. There was a we're going to win attitude ahead of time and after seeing that, I knew that we were screwed to start with. Therefore I am several hours ahead of most here.
This is today & I just pointed out that life is not over yet because we lost. We lost a little ground here but looking at the big picture today, we're good for now.
That all be said, obvious problems arose today and we need to close them.
I bet they thought of tossing Marino to the curb, for about an instant. I saw Marino have good and bad days, Brady, Montana, Elway, you name them and they had a bad day.
A career is not made by one game, good or bad.
