That's true. McGahee is playing alongside an average line and an inexperienced quarterback, yet he leads the NFL in rushing yards. HD...your boy Brady is playing with a lousy receiving corps and as a result his completion percentage is terrible, the quarterback rating is average, yards per attempt is low, etc. Seems to me that McGahee is doing well despite the lack of talent around him, while Brady's stats are comparable (so far this year) to Kurt Warner, Byron Leftwich and Daunte Culpepper.

Yep, and the Colts apparently aren't paying him. Have already heard grumblings that the money could have been spent on Edge or even Tripplet.

Anyone watching the Pats-Bengals game? I'm sorry but an intentional blow to the head should be a personal foul, but that play by the Cincy DB? How is he supposed to hit him in the chest (or whatever) while going at that speed. I don't want anyone ever getting hurt but those kind of vicious hits are part of the game. How many times does Rodney Harrison do the exact same thing and it not get called?

Like I said last night, a four-way tie for first place at the quarter pole would not shock me. That would require a Jets loss to Indy, a Pats loss at Cincy and a Miami win at Houston (all probable), and a win by us over Minnesota. Minnesota is a better team than we are, but we are home. It will be interesting to see how we bounce back and how the defense plays with (hopefully) Takeo in the lineup.

I think, if the Broncos hang on tonight, there is going to be a four-way tie for first place in the division after next week. That would mean the Dolphins winning at Houston, the Pats losing at Cincy, you guys falling to the Colts, and us beating the Vikings. Of those four games, us beating Minnesota would have to be the least likely occurence, but it certainly isn't far-fetched.

Maybe so, but I would have loved to have been able to read The Stadium Wall during the early 90s, just to see what people would have bitched about during that era. You know the bitching would have taken place.

Are they playing shi**y or just being outplayed by a better team? I don't know the answer to that question, to be honest. They were clearly outplayed by the Bills, who certainly aren't a better team. Tonight it's been the same thing. I don't know what to think of the Patriots. My point is, I'd probably lighten up on booing my team if they were 2-0 and had won three of the past five Super Bowls.
